الحج
مطلب: تعريف الحج.

التلبية.
حالات الإحرام:
ينقسم الإحرام بحسب ما يقصد المحرم أداءه به من النسك إلى ثلاثة أقسام: الإفراد للحج أو العمرة، أو الجمع بين النسكين، وهو إما تمتع أو قران.
الإفراد اصطلاحاً: أن يهل - أي ينوي - في إحرامه الحج فقط، أو العمرة فقط.
القران:
عند الحنفية: هو أن يجمع الآفاقي بين الحج والعمرة متصلاً أو منفصلاً قبل أكثر طواف العمرة، ولو من مكة، ويؤدي العمرة في أشهر الحج([1] .
وعند المالكية: أن يحرم بالحج والعمرة معاً، بنية واحدة، أو نيتين مرتبتين يبدأ فيهما بالعمرة، أو يحرم بالعمرة ويردف الحج عليها قبل طوافها أو بطوافها([2] .
وعند الشافعية: القران أن يحرم بالعمرة والحج جميعاً، أو يحرم بعمرة في أشهر الحج، ثم يدخل الحج عليها قبل الطواف([3] .
ومثل ذلك عند الحنابلة إلا أنهم لم يشترطوا الإحرام في أشهر الحج([4] .
التمتع:
التمتع عند الحنفية: هو الترفق بأداء النسكين في أشهر الحج في سنة واحدة([5] .
وعند المالكية: التمتع هو أن يحرم بعمرة، ثم يحل منها في أشهر الحج، ثم يحج بعدها([6] .
وعند الشافعية: أن يحرم بالعمرة من ميقات بلده ويفرغ منها ثم ينشئ حجاً([7] .
وعند الحنابلة: أن يحرم بعمرة في أشهر الحج ثم يحرم بالحج من أين شاء بعد فراغه منها([8] .
