الحج

المحظورات من اللباس

يختلف تحريم الملبس في حق الرجال عن تحريم الملبس في حق النساء.

أ - محظورات الإحرام في الملبس في حق الرجال:

تفصيل أحكام هذه المحظورات:

يشمل تحريم هذه الأصول المتفق عليها أموراً كثيرة نذكر منها ما يلي:

ستر الرأس والاستظلال:

اتفق العلماء على تحريم ستر المحرم رأسه أو بعضه، أخذاً من تحريم لبس العمائم والبرانس.

ثم اختلفوا في ضابط هذا الستر.

فعند الحنفية⁽[1]⁾ والحنابلة⁽[2]⁾ يحرم ستره بما يقصد به التغطية عادة.

وعند المالكية⁽[3]⁾ يحرم ستر المحرم رأسه بكل ما يعد ساتراً مطلقاً.

وقريب منهم مذهب الشافعية⁽[4]⁾، غير أنهم قالوا: يحرم ما يعد ساتراً عرفاً، فإن لم يكن ساتراً عرفاً فيحرم إن قصد به الستر.

والتظلل بما لا يلامس الرأس، وهو ثابت في أصل تابع له، جائز اتفاقاً، كسقف الخيمة، والبيت، من داخلهما،

أو التظلل بظلهما من الخارج، ومثل مظلة المحمل إذا كانت ثابتة عليه من الأصل.

وعلى ذلك يجوز ركوب السيارات المسقفة اتفاقاً؛ لأن سقوفها من أصل صناعتها، فصارت كالبيت والخيمة.
