المحظورات من اللباس

يختلف تحريم الملبس في حق الرجال عن تحريم الملبس في حق النساء.

أ - محظورات الإحرام في الملبس في حق الرجال:

تفصيل أحكام هذه المحظورات:

يشمل تحريم هذه الأصول المتفق عليها أموراً كثيرة نذكر منها ما يلي:

ستر الرأس والاستظلال.

ستر الوجه:

يحظر على المحرم ستر وجهه عند الحنفية^{(^[1])} والمالكية^{(^[2])}.

وليس بمحظور عند الشافعية^{(^[3])} والحنابلة^{(^[4])}.

استدل الحنفية والمالكية بحديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما أن رجلاً وَقَصَتْهُ راحلته وهو محرم فمات، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ، وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ وَلاَ وَجْهَهُ؛ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا"^{(^[5])}.

وجه الاستدلال أنه أفاد أن للإحرام أثراً في عدم تغطية الوجه^{(^[6])}.

واستدل الشافعية والحنابلة بما ورد من الآثار عن بعض الصحابة بإباحة تغطية المحرم وجهه، من فعلهم أو قولهم^{(^[7])}.

([7]) المغني، ابن قدامة 3/325، وقد أخرج هذه الآثار مالك في الموطأ 1/327 والبيهقي في السنن الكبرى 5/54 كما في المجموع 7/270، وأورد في فتح القدير 1/142 لهم حديث ابن عمر: "إحرام المرأة في وجهها، إحرام الرجل في رأسه" أخرجه الدارقطني في السنن والبيهقي في السنن الكبرى موقوفاً على ابن عمر. لكنه في الدارقطني في السنن 2/294 مرفوع، والبيهقي في السنن الكبرى 5/47.
