المحظورات من اللباس
يختلف تحريم الملبس في حق الرجال عن تحريم الملبس في حق النساء.
أ - محظورات الإحرام في الملبس في حق الرجال:
ب - محظورات الإحرام من الملبس في حق النساء:
ينحصر محظور الإحرام من الملبس في حق النساء في أمرين فحسب، هما الوجه واليدان.
اتفق العلماء على أنه يحرم على المرأة في الإحرام ستر وجهها، لا خلاف بينهم في ذلك.
والدليل عليه من النقل ما سبق في الحديث: "وَلاَ تَنْتَقِبُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمُحْرِمَةُ، وَلاَ تَلْبَسُ الْقُفَّازَيْنِ"( [1] ) .
وإذا أرادت أن تحتجب بستر وجهها عن الرجال؛ جاز لها ذلك اتفاقاً، إلا إذا خشيت الفتنة أو ظنت فإنه يكون واجباً.
والدليل على هذا الاستثناء حديث عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: كان الركبان يمرون بنا، ونحن مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم محرمات، فإذا حاذوا بنا سدلت إحدانا جلبابها من رأسها على وجهها، فإذا جاوزونا كشفناه( [2] ) .
وعن فاطمة بنت المنذر قالت: كنا نُخَمِّر وجوهنا ونحن محرمات، ونحن مع أسماء بنت أبي بكر الصديق( [3] ) . ومرادها من هذا ستر الوجه بغير النقاب على معنى التستر( [4] ) .
وقد اشترط الحنفية والشافعية وقول عند الحنابلة ألا يلامس الساتر الوجه؛ كأن تضع على رأسها تحت الساتر خشبة أو شيئاً يبعد الساتر عن ملامسة وجهها.
وأجاز المالكية للمرأة المحرمة أن تستر وجهها إذا قصدت الستر عن أعين الناس، بثوب تسدله من فوق رأسها دون ربط، ولا غرز بإبرة أو نحوها مما يغرز به.
