الباب السابع:

الحج

مطلب: تعريف الحج.

الأول: كون الإحرام من الميقات.

الثاني: صون الإحرام عن المحظورات.

المحظورات من اللباس.

المحرمات المتعلقة ببدن المُحْرِم

تفصيل أحكام هذه المحظورات:

أ _ حلق الرأس.

ب - إزالة الشعر من أي موضع من الجسم.

ج - قص الظفر.

د - الادهان:

الدهن مادة دسمة من أصل حيواني أو نباتي.

وقد اختلفوا في الدهن غير المطيب⁽[1]⁾:

فجمهور الفقهاء ذهبوا إلى حظر استعمال الدهن ولو كان غير مطيب، كالزيت؛ لما فيه من الترفه والتزيين، وتحسين الشعر، وذلك ينافي الشأن الذي يجب أن يكون عليه المُحْرِم من الشَعَث والغبار؛ افتقاراً وتذللاً لله تعالى.

وقال الحنابلة: بجوازه؛ وأجابوا جمهور الفقهاء بوجوب الفدية بأنه يحتاج إلى دليل، ولا دليل فيه، من نص ولا إجماع.
