المبحث الثامن: الأوقات التي تكره الصلاة فيها
المطلب الأول:
أوقات كراهة أداء الصلاة لأمر في نفس الوقت
المطلب الثاني:
أوقات الكراهة لأمر في غير الوقت
وهي عشرة أوقات، وأوصلها ابن عابدين إلى نيف وثلاثين موضعاً، أهمها([1] ) :
الوقت الأول: الصلاة قبل صلاة الصبح.
الوقت الثاني: الصلاة بعد صلاة الصبح.
الوقت الثالث: الصلاة بعد صلاة العصر:
ذهب فقهاء الحنفية والمالكية والشافعية إلى كراهة التنفل المطلق بعد صلاة العصر([2] ) .
فعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: "أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ، وَعَنْ لِبْسَتَيْنِ، وَعَنْ صَلاَتَيْنِ: نَهَى عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ بَعْدَ الفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَبَعْدَ العَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَعَنِ اشْتِمَالِ الصَّمَّاءِ([3] ) ، وَعَنْ الِاحْتِبَاءِ([4] ) فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ، يُفْضِي بِفَرْجِهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ، وَعَنِ المُنَابَذَةِ([5] ) ، وَالمُلاَمَسَةِ([6] ) "([7] ) .
وذهب الحنابلة إلى جواز قضاء سنة الظهر بعد صلاة العصر([8] ) .
لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى نافلة الظهر بعد صلاة العصر([9] ) .
