المبحث التاسع: مبطلات الصلاة:
أ – الكلام.
ب - الخطاب بنظم القرآن([1] :
اختلف الفقهاء في بطلان صلاة من خاطب أحداً بشيء من القرآن وهو يصلي، كقوله لمن اسمه يحيى، أو موسى: {يَا يَحْيَى خُذِ الْكِتَابَ بِقُوَّةٍ} أو {وَمَا تِلْكَ بِيَمِينِكَ يَا مُوسَى}، أو لمن بالباب {وَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ كَانَ آمِنًا}.
فذهب جمهور الفقهاء إلى بطلان الصلاة بكل ما قُصِد به الخطاب من القرآن. وقيد المالكية بطلان الصلاة بالخطاب بالقرآن بما إن قَصَدَ به التفهيمَ بغير محله. وذلك كما لو كان في الفاتحة أو غيرها فاستؤذن عليه، فقطعها إلى آية {ادْخُلُوهَا بِسَلاَمٍ آمَنِينَ}، أما إن قصد التفهيم به بمحله فلا تَبطل به الصلاة؛ كأن يستأذن عليه شخص وهو يقرأ {إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَعُيُونٍ} فيرفع صوته بقوله: {ادْخُلُوهَا بِسَلاَمٍ آمَنِينَ} لقصد الإذن في الدخول، أو يبتدئ ذلك بعد الفراغ من الفاتحة.
وذهب الحنابلة إلى صحة صلاة مَن خاطب غيره بشيء من القرآن؛ لما روى الخلال عن عطاء بن السائب قال: استأذنا على عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى، وهو يصلي فقال: {ادْخُلُوا مِصْرَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ آمَنِينَ} فقلنا: كيف صنعت؟ قال: استأذنا على عبد الله بن مسعود وهو يصلي فقال: {ادْخُلُوا مِصْرَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ آمَنِينَ}، ولأنه قرآن فلم تفسد به الصلاة، كما لو لم يقصد التنبيه.
