الفصل الثاني: صلاة المريض والمسافر:
المبحث الأول: صَلاَةُ المَرِيض
صور العجز والمشقة:
عدم القدرة على القيام.
عدم القدرة على القيام لوجود علة بالعين.
عدم القدرة على رفع اليدين في التكبير عند القيام أو غيره.
عدم القدرة على الركوع.
عدم القدرة على السجود.
عدم القدرة على وضع الجبهة والأنف.
عدم القدرة على استقبال المريض للقبلة.
العجز عن القيام والجلوس:
إن تعذر على المريض القيام والجلوس في آن واحد صلى على جنبه دون تحديد للشق الأيمن أو الأيسر، وهذا هو مذهب المالكية، والشافعية، والحنابلة.
وذهب المالكية، والحنابلة إلى أنه من الأفضل أن يصلي على جنبه الأيمن، ثم الأيسر.
فإن لم يستطع على جنبه يصلي مستلقياً على قفاه، ورجلاه إلى القبلة، ويومئُ بطرفه.
والدليل على ما سبق قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لعِمرانَ بنِ حصين: "صَل قَائِمًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَقَاعِدًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَى جَنْبِكَ"([1] .
وقال المالكية: إن لم يستطع أن يصلي مستلقياً على ظهره صلى على بطنه، وجعل رأسه إلى القبلة، فإن قَدَّم هيئة الصلاة على بطنه على هيئة الصلاة مستلقياً على ظهره بطلت الصلاة.
وذهب الحنفية إلى أنه إن تعسر القعود أومأ مستلقياً على قفاه، أو على أحد جنبيه، والصلاة على شقه الأيمن أفضل من الصلاة على شقه الأيسر، والاستلقاء على قفاه أولى من الجنب إن تيسر، والمستلقي يجعل تحت رأسه شيئاً كالوسادة؛ ليصير وجهه إلى القبلة لا إلى السماء، وليتمكن من الإيماء([2] .
وصلاة المريض بالهيئة التي ذكرها الفقهاء فيما سبق لاَ تُنْقِصُ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ شَيْئًا؛ لحديث أبي موسى رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: إِذَا مَرِضَ الْعَبْدُ أَوْ سَافَرَ؛ كُتِبَ لَهُ مِثْلُ مَا كَانَ يَعْمَل مُقِيمًا صَحِيحًا"([3] .
