281 صلاة النفل على الراحلة 21 7 1441 16 3 2020 الفصل الثاني: صلاة المريض والمسافر: المبحث الثاني: صلاة المسافر أنواع الوطن بالمفهوم الشرعي: للوطن أنواع: وطن أصلي، ووطن إقامة، ووطن سكنى، وما ينتقض به كل منها. صيرورة المقيم مسافراً. تحديد أقل مسافة السفر. أحكام السفر بالوسائل الحديثة. وقصر الصلاة، ودليل مشروعيتها. الحكم التّكليفيّ لقصر الصلاة. شرائط قصر الصلاة. المكان الذي يبدأ منه قصر الصلاة. الصلوات التي تقصر، ومقدار القصر. اقتداء المسافر بالمقيم، وعكسه. قضاء فائتة السفر في الحضر وعكسه. زوال حالة السفر. وشرائط الإقامة. دخول الوطن. أحكام جمع الصلاة. الصلاة على الراحلة (أو الدابة، أو السفينة وعلى (في) كل وسيلة نقل) الراحلة من الإبل: البعير القوي على الأسفار والأحمال، وهي التي يختارها الرجل لمركبه ورحله على النجابة وتمام الخَلْق وحسن المنظر، وإذا كانت في جماعة الإبل تبينت وعرفت([1]). والدابة: كل ما يدب على الأرض. وقد غلب هذا الاسم على ما يركب من الحيوان؛ من إبل، وخيل، وبغال، وحمير([2]). السفينة: الفُلْك، والعلاقة بينها وبين الراحلة أن كلاً منهما يركب، وكما أن للصلاة على الراحلة أحكاماً خاصة، فكذلك للصلاة في السفينة. الأحكام التي تتعلق بالصلاة على الراحلة: أ - صلاة النفل: اتفق الفقهاء على أنه يجوز للمسافر صلاة النفل على الراحلة حيثما توجهت به. والدليل على ذلك قول الله تعالى: {وَلِلَّهِ الْمَشْرِقُ وَالْمَغْرِبُ فَأَيْنَمَا تُوَلُّوا فَثَمَّ وَجْهُ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ} [البقرة: 115]. قال ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما: نزلت في التطوع خاصة. وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يُسَبِّحُ ـ أي: يصلي النافلة ـ على ظهر راحلته حيث كان وجهه([3]). وعن جابر رضي الله عنه: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي على راحلته حيث توجهت، فإذا أراد الفريضة نزل، فاستقبل القبلة([4]). والتطوع الجائز على الراحلة يشمل النوافل المطلقة والسنن الرواتب والمعينة والوتر وسجود التلاوة، وهذا عند جمهور الفقهاء([5]). واستدلوا بأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يوتر على بعيره، وكان يُسَبِّح (أي: يصلي النوافل) على بعيره إلا الفرائض([6]). وعند الحنفية ما يعتبر واجباً عندهم من غير الفرائض كالوتر، لا يجوز على الراحلة، بدون عذر، وكذلك سجدة التلاوة([7]). وعن أبي حنيفة: أنه ينزل عن دابته لسنة الفجر؛ لأنها آكد من سائر السنن الرواتب([8]). وتجوز الصلاة للمسافر على كل حيوان مُعَدٍّ للركوب. غير أنه يشترط أن يكون ما يلاقي بدن المصلي على الراحلة وثيابه من السرج، والمتاع، واللجام طاهراً([9]).     ([1]) لسان العرب، ابن منظور، مادة (رحل).
