تعريف الكسوف، الحكم التكليفي.

كيفية صلاة الكسوف:

لا خلاف بين الفقهاء في أن صلاة الكسوف ركعتان^{(^[1])}.

وللفقهاء أقوال في كيفية الصلاة بها.

ذهب الأئمة: مالك، والشافعي، وأحمد: إلى أنها ركعتان في كل ركعة قيامان، وقراءتان، وركوعان، وسجدتان^{(^[2])}.

واستدلوا: بما رواه ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: كَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَصَلَّى الرَّسُول صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالنَّاسُ مَعَهُ، فَقَامَ قِيَامًا طَوِيلاً نَحْوًا مِنْ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ رُكُوعًا طَوِيلاً، ثُمَّ قَامَ قِيَامًا طَوِيلاً وَهُوَ دُونَ الْقِيَامِ الأَوَّل، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ رُكُوعًا طَوِيلاً، وَهُوَ دُونَ الرُّكُوعِ الأَوَّل^{(^[3])}، وقالوا: وإن كانت هناك روايات أخرى، إلا أن هذه الرواية هي أشهر الروايات في الباب^{(^[4])}.

والخلاف بين الأئمة في الكمال لا في الإجزاء والصحة فيجزئ في أصل السنة ركعتان كسائر النوافل عند الجميع^{(^[5])}.

وأدنى الكمال عند الأئمة الثلاثة: أن يحرم بنية صلاة الكسوف، ويقرأ فاتحة الكتاب، ثم يركع، ثم يرفع رأسه ويطمئن، ثم يركع ثانياً، ثم يرفع ويطمئن، ثم يسجد سجدتين فهذه ركعة.

ثم يصلي ركعة أخرى كذلك. فهي ركعتان: في كل ركعة قيامان، وركوعان، وسجدتان. وباقي الصلاة من قراءة، وتشهد، وطمأنينة كغيرها من الصلوات.

وأعلى الكمال: أن يحرم، ويستفتح، ويستعيذ، ويقرأ الفاتحة، وسورة البقرة، أو قدرها في الطول، ثم يركع ركوعا طويلا فيسبح قدر مئة آية، ثم يرفع من ركوعه، فيسبح، ويحمد في اعتداله. ثم يقرأ الفاتحة، وسورة دون القراءة الأولى: آل عمران، أو قدرها، ثم يركع فيطيل الركوع، وهو دون الركوع الأول، ثم يرفع من الركوع، فيسبح، ويحمد، ولا يطيل الاعتدال، ثم يسجد سجدتين طويلتين، ولا يطيل الجلوس بين السجدتين.

ثم يقوم إلى الركعة الثانية، فيفعل مثل ذلك المذكور في الركعة الأولى من الركوعين وغيرهما، لكن يكون دون الأول في الطول في كل ما يفعل، ثم يتشهد، ويسلم^{(^[6])}.

وقال الحنفية: إنها ركعتان، في كل ركعة قيام واحد، وركوع واحد وسجدتان كسائر النوافل^{(^[7])}، واستدلوا بحديث أبي بكرة، قال: خَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُول اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَخَرَجَ يَجُرُّ رِدَاءَهُ حَتَّى انْتَهَى إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ وَثَابَ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ... إلخ. ومطلق الصلاة تنصرف إلى الصلاة المعهودة. وفي رواية: فصلى ركعتين كما يصلون^{(^[8])}.
