أ _ زكاة الإبل.
ب - زكاة البقر:
بينت السنة نصاب زكاة البقر والقدر الواجب فيها، وذلك فيما روى مسروق أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث معاذاً رضي الله عنه إلى اليمن، وَأَمَرَهُ([1] أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ كُل حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا، وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ كُل ثَلاَثِينَ تَبِيعًا([2] ، وَمِنْ كُل أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً([3] .
وروي عن معاذ رضي الله عنه نحو ذلك، وفي حديثه: وَأَمَرَنِي رَسُول اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ لاَ آخُذَ فِيمَا بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ إِنْ بَلَغَ مُسِنَّةً أَوْ جَذَعًا - يَعْنِي تَبِيعًا - وَأَنَّ الأَوْقَاصَ([4] لاَ شَيْءَ فِيهَا([5] .
وبناء على الحديثين المذكورين تؤخذ زكاة البقر حسب الجدول التالي:
