هل يجوز الاقتراض لأداء الزكاة الواجبة؟
الجواب([1] : إذا وجبت الزكاة كانت دَيْناً في ذمة صاحب المال، ولا تسقط إلا بالأداء، فإن لم يكن معه نقد فلا مانع من أن يقترض ويكون الدَّيْن حينئذ لمن اقترض منه.
