كنزَ المال وحبسَه عن التداول والإنتاج والاستهلاك
035 حرَّم الإسلام كنزَ المال وحبسَه عن التداول والإنتاج والاستهلاك، لأن ذلك يؤدي إلى اختلال التوازن بين كمية العرض وكمية الطلب.
وقد تعرّض الكنـز لأعنف اللوم والتقريع في الكلام، حتى لقد بيّن القرآن عقوبة مكتنز المال بياناً تفصيلياً، يقول الله تعالى: ] والذين يكنـزون الذهب والفضة ولا ينفقونها في سبيل الله فبشرهم بعذاب أليم & يوم يحمى عليها في نار جهنم فتكوى بها جباههم وجنوبهم، هذا ما كنـزتم لأنفسكم فذوقوا ما كنتم تكنـزون [ [التوبة: 34-35] .
ومما يدور في نطاق حبس المال عن التداول وكأنه كنـز له: عدم استغلال مصادر الثروة الطبيعية، أو البشرية - مما يسبب البطالة - أو ترك أموال اليتامى دون استثمار.
ويرمي الإسلام بتحريمه كنـز المال إلى تداوله بين الناس جميعاً دون تداوله بين طائفة منهم خاصة، أو تجميعه في أيدي بعض الأفراد على حساب الآخرين، وذلك ما يسمى بـ - الاستقطاب المالي - في الفكر الاقتصادي الحديث، حيث يكون تركيز الثروة في يد القلة هو مصدر سيادتها وسيطرتها وفسادها، ومن أجل ذلك حاربها الإسلام، يقول الله تعالى: ] كي لا يكون دُوْلَة بين الأغنياء منكم [ [الحشر: 7] .
