صلاة التسبيح التعريف: صلاة التسبيح نوع من صلاة النفل تفعل على صورة خاصة. وإنما سميت صلاة التسبيح لما فيها من كثرة التسبيح، ففيها في كل ركعة خمس وسبعون تسبيحة([1]). الحكم التكليفي: اختلف الفقهاء في حكم صلاة التسبيح، وسبب اختلافهم فيها اختلافهم في ثبوت الحديث الوارد فيها: القول الأول: قال بعض الشافعية: هي مستحبة. وقال النووي في بعض كتبه: هي سنة حسنة واستدلوا بالحديث الوارد فيها، وهو ما روى أبو داود أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال للعباس بن عبد المطلب: يا عباس يا عماه، ألا أعطيك، ألا أمنحك، ألا أحبوك، ألا أفعل بك - عشر خصال - إذا أنت فعلت ذلك؛ غفر الله لك ذنبك أوله، وآخره، قديمه، وحديثه، خطأه، وعمده، صغيره، وكبيره، سره، وعلانيته، عشر خصال: أن تصلي أربع ركعات: تقرأ في كل ركعة فاتحة الكتاب وسورة، فإذا فرغت من القراءة في أول ركعة وأنت قائم قلت: سبحان الله، والحمد لله، ولا إله إلا الله، والله أكبر، خمس عشرة مرة. ثم تركع وتقولها وأنت راكع عشرا. ثم ترفع رأسك من الركوع فتقولها عشرا. ثم تهوي ساجدا فتقولها وأنت ساجد عشرا. ثم ترفع رأسك من السجود فتقولها عشرا. ثم تسجد فتقولها عشرا. ثم ترفع رأسك فتقولها عشرا. فذلك خمس وسبعون في كل ركعة تفعل ذلك في أربع ركعات. إن استطعت أن تصليها في كل يوم مرة فافعل، فإن لم تفعل ففي كل جمعة مرة فإن لم تفعل ففي كل شهر مرة، فإن لم تفعل ففي كل سنة مرة، فإن لم تفعل ففي عمرك مرة([2]). القول الثاني: ذهب بعض الحنابلة إلى أنها لا بأس بها، وذلك يعني الجواز. قالوا: لو لم يثبت الحديث فيها فهي من فضائل الأعمال فيكفي فيها الحديث الضعيف. ولذا قال ابن قدامة: إن فعلها إنسان فلا بأس فإن النوافل والفضائل لا يشترط صحة الحديث فيها([3]). والقول الثالث: أنها غير مشروعة. قال النووي في المجموع: في استحبابها نظر لأن حديثها ضعيف وفيها تغيير لنظم الصلاة المعروف فينبغي ألا يفعل بغير حديث وليس حديثها بثابت. ونقل ابن قدامة أن أحمد لم يثبت الحديث الوارد فيها، ولم يرها مستحبة. قال ابن حجر في التلخيص: الحق أن طرقه كلها ضعيفة، وإن كان حديث ابن عباس يقرب من شرط الحسن إلا أنه شاذ؛ لشدة الفردية فيه وعدم الشاهد والمتابع من وجه معتبر، ومخالفة هيئتها لهيئة باقي الصلوات: قال: وقد ضعفها ابن تيمية والمزني، وتوقف الذهبي، حكاه ابن عبد الهادي في أحكامه. ا هـ. ولم نجد لهذه الصلاة ذكرا فيما اطلعنا عليه من كتب الحنفية والمالكية، إلا ما نقل في التلخيص الحبير عن ابن العربي أنه قال: ليس فيها حديث صحيح ولا حسن([4]). كيفية صلاة التسبيح ووقتها: الذين قالوا باستحباب صلاة التسبيح أو جوازها راعوا في الكيفية ما ورد في الحديث من أنها أربع ركعات، وما يقال فيها من التسبيح والتكبير والتهليل والحوقلة بالأعداد الواردة ومواضعها وغير ذلك من الكيفية. وأضاف الشافعية أنها تصلى أربع ركعات لا أكثر، وبتسليم واحد إن كانت في النهار وتسليمين إن كانت في الليل. وأن الأفضل فعلها كل يوم مرة، وإلا فجمعة، وإلا فشهر، وإلا فسنة، وإلا ففي العمر مرة.   ([1])  نهاية المحتاج 2/119.
