فليكتب كتابة مثل ما علمه الله تعالى بمعنى أن يلتزم الحق والعدل فيها. ويجوز أن تكون الكاف للتعليل فيكون المعنى: لا يمتنع عن الكتابة لأنه كما علمه الله إياها ويسرها له ونفعه بها، فعليه أن ينفع غيره بها، فهو كقوله تعالى: {وَأَحْسِن كَمَآ أَحْسَنَ الله إِلَيْكَ} وفي الحديث الشريف "إن من الصدقة أن تعين صانعاً أو تصنع لأخرق" وفي حديث آخر: "من كتم علماً يعلمه ألجمه الله بلجام من نار يوم القيامة". أي: إنه كما أن الله علمه الكتابة ويسَّرها له، وجعله أهل خبرة، عليه واجب المعاونة بالكتابة لغيره، فالتشبيه تشبيه بين نعمة الكتابة، والواجب المتعلق بها، فما من نعمة إلا تتولد عنها واجبات مساوية لها، فنعمة الكتابة يقابلها ويشابهها ويماثلها واجب معاونة غيره بها، وهو بقدرها، ويأثم عند الترك بمقدار علمه. لتكن كتابة وثيقة الدين على مقتضى العلم والفقه الذي فقَّه الله به الكاتب، أي تكون الكتابة على مقتضى أحكام الشرع، فلا تكون فيها شروط ليست في كتاب الله، أو لَا يسوغها الشرع، أو لَا يمكن تنفيذها. أمر للكاتب أن يكتب الوثائق على طريقتها فلا يبدل ولا يغير، وفيه تذكير له بالنعمة إذ كان لا يعرف الكتابة فعلمه الله إذاً فليشكر الله على هذه النعمة بالكتابة لمن طلبها منه. أي: ولا يمتنع أحد من أن يكتب كتاب الدين بين الدائن والمديون على طريقة ما علمه الله كتابة الوثائق فليكتب تلك الكتابة التي علمه الله إياها. الكاف في هذا القول للتعليل، وعلى القول بكونها متعلقةً بقوله: «فليكتب» ويجوز أن تكون للتعليل أيضاً، أي: فلأجل ما علَّمه الله فليكتب. أي: ولا يمتنع واحد من الكتاب أن يكتب مثلما علمه الله كتابة الوثائق. لا يبدل، ولا يغير. فليكتب تلك الكتابة، لا يعدل عنها. {كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ الله فَلْيَكْتُبْ}، فيكون الأول أمراً بالكتابة مطلقاً، ثم أردفه بالأمر بالكتابة التي علمه الله إيَّاها. رعاية النعمة بشكرها لقوله تعالى للكاتب: كما علمه الله فليكتب إذ علمه الكتابة وحرم غيره منها. (كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ فَلْيَكْتُبْ)، أي كما فضله اللَّه بالكتاب فلا يَمْنَعَن المعْرُوفَ بكتَابِهِ. الكاتب مأمور بالكتابة، ليست أي كتابة، بل مأمور بالكتابة كما علمه الله. فليكتب كتابة مثل ما علمه الله تعالى بمعنى أن يلتزم الحق والعدل فيها. أي: لتكن على قدر علمه وفقهه، ومساوية في روحها لنعمة العلم بها. الْكَافُ فِي" كَما" مُتَعَلِّقَةٌ بِقَوْلِهِ" أَنْ يَكْتُبَ" الْمَعْنَى كَتْبًا كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ. المعنى كتبا كما علمه الله، أي فليفضل كما أفضل الله عليه. أي: فليكتب كما علمه الله من كتابه الوثائق. أي: شكرا لله تعالى على تعليمه الكتابة. أي: كما فضله الله بالكتابة.
