أسباب القوة التي عاشتها الأمة الإسلامية
في المقدمة:
لا شك أن من أهم أسباب القوة التي عاشتها الأمة الإسلامية تمثل في وحدتها، وفي المقابل، فإن الفرقة والانشقاق بين صفوفها كان من أهم العوامل التي تسببت في شقائها وهوانها على الأمم.
مقاصد الأحكام:
جاء الإسلام رحمة للعالمين، في القرآن المنزل، والسنة العملية، قال الله تعالى {يا أيها الناس قد جاءتكم موعظة من ربكم وشفاء لما في الصدور وهدى ورحمة للمؤمنين}، وقال عزَّ وجلَّ: {وما أرسلناك إلا رحمة للعالمين}.
وقد اتجه الإسلام في تشريعه إلى إقامة مجتمع تسوده المحبة والمودة والعدالة، من نواح ثلاث:
الناحية الأولى: تهذيب الفرد، ليكون مصدر خير لمجتمعه، من خلال عبادات ترمي إلى صفاء الروح وتزكية النفس، وعلاقات اجتماعية واقتصادية قائمة على التعاون وتبادل المنافع تشفي النفوس من أدران الحقد والحسد، وتنمي روح الائتلاف.
الناحية الثانية: إقامة العدل في المجتمع، ويشمل العدل مع أبناء المجتمع، ومع الآخرين، قال تعالى: {ولا يجرمنكم شنآن قوم على ألا تعدلوا، اعدلوا هو أقرب للتقوى}.
الناحية الثالثة: المصلحة ودفع الفساد، فما من أمر شرَّعه الإسلام إلا كانت فيه مصلحة حقيقية عامة وخاصة، وإن خفي بعضها على بعض الأنظار.
