في دلائل النبوة لأبي نعيم الأصبهاني (ص: 138)، 81 - عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا طَالِبٍ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ آمِنَةَ بِنْتَ وَهْبٍ، لَمَّا وَلَدَتْ النبي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، جَاءَهُ عَبْدُ الْمُطَّلِبِ، فَأَخَذَهُ وَقَبَّلَهُ، ثُمَّ دَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي طَالِبٍ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ وَدِيعَتِي عِنْدَكَ لَيَكُونَنَّ لِابْنِي هَذَا شَأْنٌ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ فَنُحِرَتِ الْجَزَائِرُ، وَذُبِحَتِ الشَّاءُ، وَأُطْعِمَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ نُحِرَ فِي كُلِّ شِعْبٍ مِنْ شِعَابِ مَكَّةَ جَزُورًا، لَا يُمْنَعُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ، وَلَا سَبْعٌ، وَلَا طَائِرٌ "وهي الذبيحة عن المولود، وهي سنة؛ لما روى سمرة t أن النبي r قال: كل غلام رهينة بعقيقته، تذبح عنه يوم سابعه، ويسمى ويحلق رأسه. رواه أبو داود.
ويستحب ذبحها يوم السابع.
ويجزئ فيها من بهيمة الأنعام ما يجزئ في الأضحية، ويمنع فيها من العيب ما يمنع فيها، وسبيلها في الأكل والهدية والصدقة سبيلها.
ويأكل ويطعم ويتصدق.
العقيقة سُّنة مؤكدة عند الجمهور لأمره r .
لما ورد عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده، قال: سُئل رسول الله r عن العقيقة؟ فقال: «لا أحب العقوق» وكأنه كره الإسم، فقالوا: يا رسول الله، إنما نسألك عن أحدنا يولد له، قال: «من أحب منكم أن ينسك عن ولده فليفعل عن الغلام شاتان مكافأتان، وعن الجارية شاة» رواه أحمد وأبو داود والنسائي.
وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما: «أن النبي r عقّ عن الحسن والحسين كبشًا كبشًا» رواه أبو داود.
وقيل: واجبة شرعت فدية يفدي بها المولود، كما فدى الله إسماعيل الذبيح بالكبش، وكانت تفعل في الجاهلية، فأقرها الإسلام وأكدها، وأخبر الشارع أن الغلام مرتهن بها.
فعن سمرة t : أن رسول الله r قال: «كل غلام مرتهن بعقيقته تذبح عنه يوم سابعه، ويحلق ويسمي» رواه أحمد والأربعة، وصححه الترمذي.
والعقيقة فيها معنى القربان والشكر والصدقة والفداء، وإطعام الطعام عند السرور، وهي سُّنة ونسيكة مشروعة بسبب تجدد نعمة على الوالدين، وفيها سر بديع موروث عن فداء إسماعيل، بالكبش الذي ذبح عنه وفداه الله به، فصار سُّنة في أولاده بعده أن يفدي أحدهم عن ولادته بذبح يذبح.
وفي العقيقة مصالح، منها: إظهار البِشْر بالنعمة،
ومنها: اتباع سبيل السخاء وعصيان داعي الشح والبخل.
فإن فات الذبح في اليوم السابع، ففي أربعة عشر، فإن فات، ففي إحدى وعشرين؛ لحديث بريدة عن النبي r قال: «في العقيقة تذبح لسبع، ولأربع عشرة، ولإحدى وعشرين» أخرجه ابن القطان، ويروى عن عائشة نحوه، ولا تعتبر الأسابيع بعد ذلك، فيعق أي يوم أراد لأنه قد تحقق سببها.
