الله تعالى ينادي المؤمنين، ويأمرهم بالإنفاق فيما وجب علينا إنفاقه؛ من مال، وزروع، وثمار، وماشية، من قبل أن يأتي يوم لا يقدر الإنسان فيه على تدارك ما فاته، وما فرط في أدائه، ولا خلاص من عذابه؛ إذ لا بيع فيه فتحصِّلون ما تنفقونه، أو تفتدون به من العذاب، ولا خلة حتى يعينكم عليه أخلاؤكم، أو يسامحونكم به، ولا شفاعة إلا لِمَن أذن له الرحمن، ورضي له قولاً، حتى تتكلموا على شفاعة تنفع وتشفع لكم في حط ما في ذممكم. أي: أنفقوا في سبيل الله من مال الله الذي منحكم إِيّاه، ادفعوا الزكاة، وأنفقوا في وجوه الخير والبر والصالحات، أي: من قبل مجيء ذلك اليوم الرهيب، الذي لا تستطيعون أن تفتدوا نفوسكم بمالٍ تقدمونه؛ فيكون كالبيع، ولا تجدون صديقاً؛ يدفع عنكم العذاب، ولا شفيعاً يشفع لكم؛ ليحط عنكم من سيئاتكم؛ إِلا أن يأذن الله ربّ العالمين. في صحيح البخاري (2/ 110)، 1419 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَعْظَمُ أَجْرًا؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ تَصَدَّقَ وَأَنْتَ صَحِيحٌ شَحِيحٌ تَخْشَى الفَقْرَ، وَتَأْمُلُ الغِنَى، وَلاَ تُمْهِلُ حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الحُلْقُومَ، قُلْتَ لِفُلاَنٍ كَذَا، وَلِفُلاَنٍ كَذَا وَقَدْ كَانَ لِفُلاَنٍ». وأخرجه مسلم في الزكاة باب بيان أن أفضل الصدقة صدقة الصحيح الشحيح رقم 1032. (صحيح) ليس فيك مرض أو علة تقطع أملك في الحياة. (شحيح) من شأنك الشح وهو البخل مع الحرص. (تخشى الفقر) تخافه وتحسب له حسابا. (تأمل) تطمع وترجو. (تمهل) تؤخر. (بلغت الحلقوم) قاربت الروح الحلق والمراد شعرت بقرب الموت. (لفلان كذا) أخذت توصي وتتصدق. (وقد كان لفلان) وقد أصبح مالك ملكا لغيرك وهم ورثتك. {يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ} هي الزكاةُ المفروضةُ. {مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا بَيْعٌ فِيهِ} أي: لا فداءٌ فيه؛ لأن الفداءَ شراءُ نفسه. {وَلَا خُلَّةٌ} لا صَداقةٌ. {وَلَا شَفَاعَةٌ} إلَّا بإذن الله. تلخيصُه: تأهَّبوا للحسابِ قبلَ الموتِ. في هذه الآية: دعوة الله المؤمنين إلى الإنفاق من طيب ما رزقهم؛ لمواجهة يوم الحسرة والندامة وانعدام الصاحب والمعين. فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ} إِشْعَارٌ بِأَنَّهُ لَا يَطْلُبُ مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا بَعْضَ مَا جَعَلَهُمْ مُسْتَخْلَفِينَ فِيهِ مَنْ رِزْقِهِ وَنِعَمِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ. روى مسلم في صحيحه عن عائشة قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: [إذا أنفقت المرأة من بيت زوجها غيرَ مُفْسِدَة، كان لها أَجْرُها، ولهُ مِثْلُهُ بما اكتسب، ولها بما أنفقت، وللخازنِ مِثْلُ ذلك، من غير أن يُنْقَصَ من أجورهم شيئًا]. قال قتادة: ({مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلَا خُلَّةٌ وَلَا شَفَاعَةٌ}: قد علم الله أن ناسًا يتحابون في الدنيا ويشفع بعضهم لبعض. فأما يوم القيامة، فلا خُلة إلا خُلة المتقين). مِنَ الْوَاجِبِ عَلَى الأَغْنِيَاءِ إِذَا وَقَعَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْأُمَّةِ وَتَوَقَّفَتْ إِزَالَتُهُ عَلَى الْمَالِ أَنْ يَبْذُلُوهُ لِدَفْعِ الْمَفَاسِدِ الْفَاشِيَةِ وَالْغَوَائِلِ الْغَاشِيَةِ، وَحِفْظِ الْمَصَالِحِ الْعَامَّةِ. أخرج البخاري والنسائي عن أبي مسعود البدري مرفوعًا: [إذا أنفق الرجل على أهله نفقة يحتسبها فهي له صدقة]. قال ابن جريج: ({يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ}: من الزكاة والتطوع). يعني: صدقة التطوع والنفقة في الخير.
