هُوَ نَظِيرُ قَوْله تَعَالَى بعد بيان صلاة الخوف: {فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَى جُنُوبِكُمْ فَإِذَا اطْمَأْنَنْتُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَوْقُوتًا} [النساء: 103]. أي إذا زال الخوف، وأقبل الأمن، فأقيموا الصلاة مستوفية لكل الأركان؛ بأن تأتوا بأقوالها وأفعالها وخشوعها وأحوالها كاملة. فالذكر المراد به هنا: الصلاة الكاملة المستوفية الأركان. وعبر عنها بالذكر للإشارة إلى أن المغزى فيها هو ذكر الله تعالى، وإلى أن ذكر الله مطلوب أشد الطلب، وأن الصلاة بغيره لا تسمى صلاة ولو كانت مستوفية الأركان الظاهرة. وبهذا يتبين أن الحركات مهما تكن كاملة لا يمكن أن تغني عن استحضار القلب لمعاني العبودية والخضوع الكامل لرب العالمين. أَوْجَبَ اللَّهُ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَى الْآمِنِ وَالْخَائِفِ، وَالصَّحِيحِ وَالْمَرِيضِ، وَالْغَنِيِّ وَالْفَقِيرِ، وَالْمُقِيمِ وَالْمُسَافِرِ، وَخَفَّفَهَا عَلَى الْمُسَافِرِ وَالْخَائِفِ وَالْمَرِيضِ كَمَا جَاءَ بِهِ الْكِتَابُ وَالسُّنَّةُ. وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْجَبَ فِيهَا وَاجِبَاتٍ: مِنْ الطَّهَارَةِ، وَالسِّتَارَةِ، وَاسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَةِ، وَأَسْقَطَ مَا يَعْجِزُ عَنْهُ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ. فَلَوْ اشْتَبَهَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ الْقِبْلَةُ اجْتَهَدُوا فِي الِاسْتِدْلَالِ عَلَيْهَا. وَذَلِكَ كُلُّهُ فِي قَوْله تَعَالَى: {فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ} [التغابن: 16]. فاذكروا الله في صلاتكم وفي غيرها بالشكر له، والحمد والثناء عليه، على ما أنعم به عليكم من التوفيق لإصابة الحق، كما ذكركم بتعليمه إياكم من أحكامه، وحلاله وحرامه، إنعاماً منه عليكم بذلك، فعلمكم منه ما لم تكونوا من قبل تعليمه إياكم تعلمون. الصلاة قد تسمى ذكراً، كما قال تعالى: {فَاسْعَوْا إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ} [الجمعة: 9]، وقيل: {فاذكروا الله } أي فاشكروا الله لأجل إنعامه عليكم بالأمن. وقيل: فاشكروه على الأمن، واذكروه بالعبادة كما أحسن إليكم بما علمكم من الشرائع على لسان نبيه. وكيف تُصَلُّون في حال الخوف وفي حال الأمن. أي: فإذا زال خوفكم وصرتم آمنين مطمئنين، «فاذكروا الله» أي: فأدوا الصلاة تامة كاملة مثل ما علمكم إياها ربكم على لسان نبيكم صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم وقد مَنَّ الله تعالى عليكم بهذا التعليم الذي كنتم تجهلونه؛ فضلاً منه وكرماً. الصلاة في الوقت نفسه طهرة للنفس من مساوئ الأخلاق، تنقيها من دنس الشح والحرص على حطام الدنيا. لا جرم كان من الحكمة كذلك جعلها دعامة للوصية الآنفة، التي أمرتنا بالتسامح والتكارم في المعاملات. فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَما عَلَّمَكُمْ ما لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ من صلاة الأمن، أو فإذا أمنتم فاشكروا اللَّه على الأمن، واذكروه بالعبادة، كما أحسن إليكم بما علمكم من الشرائع، وكيف تصلون في حال الخوف وفي حال الأمن. أي فإذا زال الخوف وأمنتم فاشكروه على الأمن واذكروه بالعبادة، كما أحسن إليكم بما علمكم من الشرائع على لسان نبيه، كيف تصلون حين الأمن وحين الخوف. عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَإِذَا أَمِنْتُمْ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُمْ مَا لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ يَعْنِي: كَمَا عَلَّمَكُمْ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّاكِبُ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ، وَالرَّاجِلُ عَلَى رِجْلَيْهِ. قال ابن زيد في قوله: {فَإِذَا أَمِنتُمْ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللهَ}، قال: فإذا أمنتم فصلوا الصلاة كما افترض الله عليكم، إذا جاء الخوف كانت لهم رخصة. من صلاة الآمنين، أو إذا أمنتم فاشكروا الله على الأمن واذكروه بالعبادة كما أحسن إليكم بما علمكم من الشرائع وكيف تصلون أمنًا وخوفًا. {فاذكروا الله} فصلوا صلاة الأمن {كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم} أي ذكراً مثل ما علمكم {مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُواْ تَعْلَمُونَ} من صلاة الأمن. يَعْنِي: كَمَا علمكُم من أصل الصَّلَاة فِي حَال الْأَمْن.
