يقول الله تعالى: {وَمَنْ يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ} [الطلاق: 1].
في المستدرك على الصحيحين للحاكم، (4/129)، 7114 - عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَدَّ حُدُودًا فَلَا تَعْتَدُوهَا، وَفَرَضَ لَكُمْ فَرَائِضَ فَلَا تُضَيِّعُوهَا، وَحَرَّمَ أَشْيَاءَ فَلَا تَنْتَهِكُوهَا، وَتَرَكَ أَشْيَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ نِسْيَانٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ، وَلَكِنْ رَحْمَةٌ مِنْهُ لَكُمْ، فَاقْبَلُوهَا، وَلَا تَبْحَثُوا فِيهَا».
الظُّلْمُ آفَةُ الْعُمْرَانِ وَمُهْلِكُ الْأُمَمِ، وَإِنَّ ظُلْمَ الْأَزْوَاجِ لِلْأَزْوَاجِ أَعْرَقُ فِي الْإِفْسَادِ، وَأَعْجَلُ فِي الْإِهْلَاكِ مِنْ ظُلْمِ الْأَمِيرِ لِلرَّعِيَّةِ؛ لِأَنَّ رَابِطَةَ الزَّوْجِيَّةِ أَمْتَنُ الرَّوَابِطِ وَأَحْكَمُهَا، فَأَيُّ رَجَاءٍ فِي الْأُمَّةِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَمْنَعُ عَنْهَا غَضَبَ اللهِ وَسَخَطَهُ؟ ثُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا الظُّلْمَ ظُلْمٌ لِلنَّفْسِ يُؤَدِّي إِلَى الشَّقَاءِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ، كَمَا أَنَّهُ مُشِقٌ بِطَبِيعَتِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا.
من يترك أحكام الله التي شرعها وبينها لعباده، فإنه ظالم لنفسه وغيره، متبع لهواه. والظالم يستحق عقاب الظالمين المعتدين.
لا تعتدوا ما أَحَلَّ الله لكم من الأمور التي بَيَّنَها وفَصَّلَها لكم من الحلال، إلى ما حَرَّم الله عليكم، فتُجَاوِزُوا طاعتَه إلى معصيته.
مَن خالف أحكام الله فقد عرَّض نفسه لسخط الله، وهو من الظالمين المستحقين للعقاب الشديد.
وأي ظلم أعظم ممن اقتحم الحلال، وتعدى منه إلى الحرام، فلم يسعه ما أحل الله؟
وَمن تصرف فِي ملك الله بِغَيْر إِذْنه فقد ظلم وتعدى.
حافظوا على حدوده، وداوموا على معرفة حقوقه.
أَيُلْعَبُ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَأَنَا بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِكُمْ.
أنفسهم بترك ما أمر الله به.
الظّلم ظلمات يوم القيامة.
