السلام عليكم كيف يمكنني التوبة وماذا إن كنت لا أستطيع طلب السماح من الناس اللذين أخطأت في حقهم؟؟؟
الفَتْوَى
التوبة هي الرجوع إلى الله تعالى من المعصية إلى الطاعة، وعلى المرء أن يعلم أن التوبة محبوبة إلى الله تعالى لقوله: (إن الله يحب التوابين ويحب المتطهرين) [البقرة:222] وأنها واجبة على كل مسلم لقوله تعالى: (يا أيها الذين آمنوا توبوا إلى الله توبة نصوحاً) [التحريم: 8] وأنها من أسباب الفلاح، قال تعالى: (وتوبوا إلى الله جميعاً أيها المؤمنون لعلكم تفلحون) [النور: 31].
فلا تيأس أخي الكريم من رحمة الله وبادر بالتوبة النصوح، ولا تتهولك كثرة الذنوب، فإن الله جل وعلا يقول: (قل يا عبادي الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقطنوا من رحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعاً إنه هو الغفور الرحيم) [الزمر:53] واعلم أن باب التوبة مفتوح أمام العبد ما لم يغرغر أو تطلع الشمس من مغربها، لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن الله يبسط يده بالليل ليتوب مسيء النهار، ويبسط يده بالنهار ليتوب مسيء الليل حتى تطلع الشمس من مغربها" رواه مسلم، وقوله: "إن الله يقبل توبة العبد ما لم يغرغر" رواه أحمد وأبو داود من حديث ابن عمر.
واعلم أن التوبة النصوح هي المشتملة على: الندم على ما سلف من الذنوب، والإقلاع عنها خوفاً من الله سبحانه وتعظيماً له، والعزم الصادق على عدم العودة إليها، مع رد المظالم إن كان عند التائب مظالم للناس من دم، أو مال، أو عرض، أو استحلالهم منها، أي: طلب المسامحة منهم، لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "من كانت عنده مظلمة لأخيه من عرضه أو شئ فليحتلله منه اليوم قبل ألا يكون ديناراً ولا درهم، إن كان له عمل صالح أخذ منه بقدر مظلمته، وإن لم يكن له حسنات أخذ من سيئات صاحبه فحمل عليه" خرجه البخاري. ومن كان ظلمه للناس من جهة الغيبة وخشي إن أخبرهم أن يحدث ما هو أكبر من الضرر، لم يخبرهم، ودعا لهم، واستغفر لهم، وأظهر ما يعلم من محاسنهم في مقابل إساءته لهم بالغيبة. أما من أخذ أموالاً بغير حق بسرقة أو غيرها فالواجب عليه أن يبذل كل الوسع في البحث عن أصحابها حتى يردها إليهم: هم، أو ورثتهم إن كان أصحابها قد ماتوا، فإن أيس من العثور عليهم ولم يتسن له معرفة ورثتهم فله التصدق بها عنهم، وعلى كل فعليه الإكثار من كل ما يقرب إلى الله ويزيد في ميزان الحسنات فإن حقوق العباد إذا لم يأخذوها الآن، فقد يأخذونها يوم القيامة حسنات أو تخلصاً من سيئات، كما في الحديث السابق.
