لقد تفضلتم بأن ما تفعله شركة التسويق الشبكي هو القمار بعينه.. وكما أعلم أن القمار له عدة أطراف يكون فيهم واحد هو الفائز والباقون سوف يخسرون.. ولكن ماذا سيخسر من شارك في هذه الشركة.. فإنه عند مشاركته سوف يأخذ حقه المتفق عليه من برامج وغيرها وليس شرطا أن يكون الموقع الذي سيبنيه فيه شيء مخالف لما أمر الله.. إذا فهكذا سأخذ حقه كاملا علما بأن تلك الشركة ستعطيه تلك البرامج أقل من سعرها الحقيقي إذا طلب من أماكن أخرى.. وقد فسروا ذلك بأن مبدأهم كمصنع يبيع منتجاته دون وسيط.. أي دون وكيل أو تاجر جملة.. . وهنا سيستفيد الشخص الأول س من كل تسعة سواء جلبهم أم لا وأنا أريد معرفة الحكم في أخذ الشخص س هذا المال.. وهذا هو نظام الشركة.. أقصد الاستفادة من البرامج والعمل أيضا كسمسار]ـ

الفَتْوَى
إن غالب المتعاملين مع هذه الشركة لا غرض لهم في السلعة، وإنما هدفهم هو الحصول على المال، وقد يحصلون عليه وقد لا يحصلون، وهذا هو القمار. وقلنا: إن مما يؤكد هذا أن هذه البرامج يمكن تحصيلها بأقل من هذا الثمن، وأن كثيراً من العملاء يسعى للاشتراك بأكثر من اسم، وهذا يقطع بأنهم لا يريدون السلعة أصلاً، أو لا يريدون ما تكرر منها، في أحسن الأحوال.
وإذا كنت تريد هذه البرامج فلا حرج عليك في شرائها من هذا الموقع أو غيره، لكن ليس لك أن تروج لها عند من لا يريد من ورائها إلا المقامرة، وإلا كنت معيناً وداعيّاً لهم إلى الإثم.
والمسألة لا يُنظر فيها إلى حالة أو حالتين، وإنما ينظر فيها إلى النظام العام للشركة، وهو الدعوة للمقامرة والترويج لذلك، ولهذا وجب على الجميع مقاطعتها والتحذير من المشاركة فيها.
