قوله تعالى: ((وَلا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الْخَبِيثَ بِالطَّيِّبِ)) أي: لا تستبدلوا الحرام وهو مال اليتامى بالحلال وهو مالكم، وما أبيح لكم من المكاسب التي أحلها الله من الأبواب الطبية.
عندكم فرص كثيرة استثمروا أموالكم أو ازرعوا أو اصنعوا أو اتجروا، ولا تضيقوا على أنفسكم بأن تعتدوا على أموال اليتامى التي هي خبيثة في حقكم وحرام عليكم وأنتم قادرون على الطيبة.
((وَلا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَى أَمْوَالِكُمْ))، نهي عن منكر آخر كانوا يتعاطونه، وهو أنهم كانوا يأكلونها مضمومة إلى أموالهم مخلوطة بها للتوسعة.
في الصورة السابقة يعمد المرء إلى مال اليتيم ويستولي عليه ويأكله ظلماً.
((إِنَّهُ كَانَ حُوبًا كَبِيرًا))، (إنه) الهاء هنا تعود إلى أكل أموال اليتامى.
((كَانَ حُوبًا)) أي: ذنباً عظيماً ((كَبِيرًا)) مبالغة في بيان عظم ذنب الأكل المذكور.
قوله تعالى هنا: {وَآتُوا الْيَتَامَى أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَلا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الْخَبِيثَ بِالطَّيِّبِ وَلا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَى أَمْوَالِكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حُوبًا كَبِيرًا} قال بعض العلماء: إن هذا العموم مخصوص بالوصي الفقير، فإذا كان الوصي يعمل في مال اليتيم فله أن يأخذ أجرة المثل، أو كان العامل فيه أجنبياً فله أن يعطيه من مال اليتيم أجرة المثل، وليس هذا من أكل مال اليتامى ظلماً؛ لأن الله تعالى قال: {وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} [النساء:6].
يقول السيوطي: عندي أنه لا حاجة إلى تخصيص هذا النهي بالفقير في هذه الآية؛ لأن الآية هنا في الغني، وذلك قوله تعالى: ((وَآتُوا الْيَتَامَى أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَلا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الْخَبِيثَ بِالطَّيِّبِ وَلا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَى أَمْوَالِكُمْ)) أي: أنهم ذوو أموال.
يقول السيوطي: ((وَآتُوا الْيَتَامَى)) أي: الصغار أموالهم إذا بلغوا.
((وَلا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الْخَبِيثَ)) أي: الحرام ((بِالطَّيِّبِ)) أي: الحلال، لا تأخذوه بدله، كما تفعلون من أخذ الجيد من مال اليتيم وجعل الرديء من مالكم مكانه.
((وَلا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَى أَمْوَالِكُمْ)) أي: مضمومة إلى أموالكم.
(إنه): أي: أصلها.
(كان حوباً) أي: ذنباً.
(كَبِيرًا) أي: عظيماً.
