متى يبدأ وقت أداء زكاة الفطر؟ ومتى ينتهي وقتها؟
يبدأ وقت أداء زكاة الفطر من أول يوم من شهر رمضان بعد أذان الفجر.
وينتهي وقت أدائها عند بداية وبدء صلاة العيد.
عن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: فرض رسولُ الله صلَّى الله عليه وسلم زكاةَ الفِطْر طُهْرةً للصَائم مِن اللغو والرَّفثِ وطُعْمةً للمساكينَ، مَنْ أدَّاها قبلَ الصَّلاة، فهي زكاةٌ مقبولةٌ، ومن أدَّاها بعدَ الصَّلاة، فهي صَدَقةٌ من الصَّدقات ([1] ) .
وعن ابن عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما، قال: أمَرَنا رسولُ الله صلَّى الله عليه وسلم بزكاةِ الفِطْرِ أن تُؤدَّى قبلَ خروجِ النَاسِ إلى الصَّلاة، قال: فكان ابنُ عمر يُؤديها قبلَ ذلك باليومِ واليومين ([2] ) .
من أداها قبل الصلاة ـ أي صلاة العيد ـ فهي زكاة صحيحة، مقبولة بعون الله، ومن أداها بعد الصلاة ـ أي صلاة العيد ـ فهي صدقة من الصدقات
إذاً؛ صدقة الفطر كلما كانت أقرب إلى صلاة العيد؛ فهي أولى.
ويجوز أن نتقدم بيوم أو يومين من العيد.
ويجوز أن تكون من أول شهر رمضان؛ بحيث يشعر الفقير والمحتاج والمسكين والمعوز؛ بأن مالاً وصل إليه؛ ليسد بعض احتياجاته قبل يوم العيد؛ بحيث يأتي العيد وهو فرح ومسرور.
