الجواب:
(هذا حرام، فيه مساعدة على سرقة معلمه).
يأتينا بعض الأحيان مهندس يعمل في شركة عنده عروض كثيرة، ومن ضمنها عرضنا، ويقول: أنا أحضر لكم شركتي، وتشتري منكم، ولكن بعد ما تدفع شركتي أريد (5 %)، (10 %)، (2 %)، (50 %)، زيادة.
هذه تسمى (رفسة إلى الخلف).
إذا لم نعطه يحمل حاله ويأخذ الزبون لشركة أخرى.
رجل دلال يصطاد مشاريع ويرشح لهم شركات، ويأتي بالزبون معه لعندنا.
يقول للزبون: أنا أعرف شركة جيدة.
هذا مهنته هذا العمل.
يدعي أمام الزبون أنه يخدمه.
فهل يا ترى يحق لنا أن نعطيه؟.
أحياناً أعطيه من ربحي.
هل نحتال على المشتري ما خصمنا للدلال؟، لو تشاطر وحكى ممكن نقول: بدل 100 ب (95) أو (90)، ولكننا نقسي قلبنا على الرجل ونبيعه بالسعر العام.
يا ترى هل هذا صح أم خطأ؟.
شركة مقاولات تقترح أصنافنا لشركة (بناية، فيلا، برج)، نحن سعرنا (100)، طلبت منا شركة المقاولات أن نضع السعر (140).
لا يوجد احتيال على شركة المقاولات، التعامل رسمي، مع إدارة ومحاسب.
على فكرهم أن هذا الفرق هو الربح لهم.
نحن لا ندري ما العلاقة بينهم وبين المستفيد الذي سيأخذ البضاعة؟.
يا ترى هل يجوز أن نعطيهم هذا الفرق.
طبعاً هذا الشيء يحصل بالسر؟
هل إعطاؤهم الفاتورة بأعلى مما نقبض، باسمهم،
أم باسم الزبون (لا نفكر بها، نكون قد سرقنا الزبون).
