النفقة تجب من الوالد لولده، فمتى يزول هذا الوجوب، هل بمجرد بلوغ الابن؟

الجواب
إذا بلغ الولد وكان قادراً على الكسب، قادراً على أن يعول نفسه، ويقوم بكفايتها؛ سقطت النفقة عن الوالد، وحينئذٍ فلا يلزم الوالد بالنفقة على ولده، مثال ذلك: إذا بلغ ووجد وظيفة أو وجد عملاً؛ فحينئذٍ تسقط النفقة عن الوالد ويقوم الولد بإعالة نفسه.
أو كان الولد عنده قوة ويستطيع أن يعمل عملاً أو يتكسب بالعمل المباح، فحينئذٍ يتكسب، وللوالد أن يقول له: اذهب وتكسب، فإذا قصر وامتنع من التكسب كان من حق الوالد أن يمتنع من النفقة عليه ما دام قادراً على الكسب، فالشريعة لا تدعو إلى البطالة، ولا تعين على البطالة.
ومن هنا ننبه على أن من أفضل ما يكون للإنسان أن يربي الوالد ولده دائماً على الكسب باليد؛ لأنه خُلُق الأنبياء الذين اختار الله لهم الكسب الطيب، ولذلك أخبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن أنبياء الله صلوات الله وسلامه عليهم أكلوا من كسب أيديهم، فداود كان في الحدادة يأكل من كسب يده، وكذلك يحيى وزكريا عليهم الصلاة والسلام، فهذا كله لا ينقص قدر الإنسان.
والشاب الذي تجده يكدح ويتعب من أول شبابه، ويستفتح حياته بأن يكون متوكلاً على الله، آخذاً بالسبب؛ فإن الله يبارك له في صحته، ويبارك له في وقته، ويبارك له في ماله وكسبه، لكن إذا نشأ عالة على والده، يحمل والده النفقة، ولو كان الوالد راضياً بذلك، فإن هذا لا تحمد عقباه، وليس بالأكمل والأفضل.
بل على الإنسان دائماً أن يسعى في طلب المباح، الذي ليس فيه شبهة ولا حرام، ويبارك الله لهم في أوقاتهم.
أما الشاب الذي يتعود على البطالة وعلى والديه لم يهنأ له العيش، وهو من أنكد الناس -نسأل الله العافية والسلامة- ومن أبأسهم حالاً، وتجده في أشد ما يكون من الضيق والعناء.
ولذلك ينبغي البعد عن هذه البطالة، وعلى الإنسان أن يبحث عن الكسب الطيب الذي يصون به نفسه وماء وجهه عن سؤال الناس أو الحاجة إلى الناس، قيل لـ إبراهيم بن أدهم -وهو من عباد الناس الصالحين وقد كان في البحر في سفينة، فأصابتهم الريح، فمالت السفينة وكادت أن تغرق، ثم نجاهم الله عز وجل، فقيل: (يا إبراهيم! ألم تر إلى هذه الشدة وهذه الكربة؟ فقال رحمه الله: إنما الشدة الحاجة إلى الناس).
فالذي لا يتعود على الكسب بيده، ولا يتعود على طلب رزقه، وسؤال الله المعونة، فإنه سيكون في أسوأ الأحوال، فليس هناك أشد من أن يقف الإنسان أمام الغير ليسأله حاجة من حوائج الدنيا، فنسأل الله العظيم ألا يجعل لنا ولكم إلى لئيم حاجة.
