السُّؤَالُ
ما الحكم في سؤال الإنسان الناس متاعهم إن كانوا يريدونه أو يعطونه إياه أو يأخذه وما لو كان محتاجه أو غير محتاجه أو كان يترتب على ترك أخذه ضرر عليه، فهل يجوز للإنسان أن يستخدم أشياء عند الناس هو يملكها؟ كأن يكون هناك مكان للإنترنت مجاني وهو يملك إنترنت وماذا لو كان محتاجا أو غير محتاج أو يترتب على ترك ذلك ضرر عليه ... ومثال ذلك أيضاً أن يكون هناك توزيع للأكل والمشروبات مجاني وهو يستطيع أن يأكل ويشرب من فضل الله عليه فهل يأخذ من هذا الأكل والشراب؟ وماذا لو كان محتاجا أو غير محتاج، وماذا لو كان يترتب على ترك الأخذ منها ضرر عليه أو على غيره ممن يعولهم أو لم يكن يترتب على ذلك شيء؟.

الفَتْوَى
إن الشخص المذكور إما أن يكون فقيراً محتاجاً لا مال له ولا كسب يغنيه ففي هذه الحالة يجوز له أن يسأل حاجته وحاجة من يعول، بل قد يجب عليه ذلك إذا تعين وسيلة لإنقاذ حياته أو حياة من يعوله، وإما أن يكون غنياً فلا تحل له المسألة؛ لحديث: ما يزال الرجل يسأل الناس حتى يأتي يوم القيامة ليس في وجهة مزعة لحم. رواه البخاري.
ولا يعد من المسألة المذمومة أن يتناول الشخص ما يؤذن للناس في استعماله مجاناً؛ كالإنترنت الوارد في السؤال مثلاً، أو يؤذن لهم في الأكل والشرب المجاني، فهذا يجوز للغني والفقير وكل من شملهم الإذن أن يتناولوه أو يستعملوه بدون أن يلحقهم في ذلك مذمة أو إثم، قال تعالى: لَيْسَ عَلَى الْأَعْمَى حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى أَنفُسِكُمْ أَن تَأْكُلُوا مِن بُيُوتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ آبَائِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ ... {النور:61}، ففي الآية دليل على أن للشخص أن يأكل من مال من يعلم أن نفسه طيبة له به.
