سنن الإحرام:

وهو من محظورات الإحرام، لكنه سُنَّ استعداداً للإحرام، عند جمهور الفقهاء، وكرهه مالك([1] .
التطيب في البدن:
ودليل سنيته ما روت عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: كنت أطيب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لإحرامه قبل أن يُحْرِم، ولِحِلِّه قبل أن يطوف بالبيت([2] .
التطيب في ثوب الإحرام:
أما تطييب الثوب قبل الإحرام فمنعه جمهور الفقهاء، وأجازه الشافعي في القول المعتمد.
فلا يضر بقاء الرائحة الطيبة في الثوب بعد الإحرام، كما لا يضر بقاء الرائحة الطيبة في البدن اتفاقاً؛ قياساً للثوب على البدن([3] .
وذهب الحنفية إلى عدم جواز التطيب في الثوب للإحرام، ولا يجوز أن يلبس ثوب إحرام مطيباً؛ لأنه بذلك يكون مستعملاً للطيب في إحرامه باستعمال الثوب، وهو محظور على المحرم.
وذهب المالكية إلى أنه إن تطيب قبل الإحرام يجب إزالته، سواء في ذلك بدنه أو ثوبه، فإن بقي في البدن أو الثوب بعد الإحرام شيء من جُرْم (عين، جسم، حجم) الطيب الذي تطيب به قبل الإحرام فإن الفدية تكون واجبة، وأما إن كان الباقي في الثوب رائحته، فلا يجب نزع الثوب لكن يكره استدامته، ولا فدية. وأما اللون ففيه قولان عند المالكية. وهذا كله في الأثر اليسير، وأما الأثر الكثير ففيه الفدية.
استدل المالكية بحديث يعلى بن أمية قال: أتى النبيَ صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلٌ مُتَضَمِّخٌ بطيب وعليه جبة، فقال: يا رسول الله: كيف ترى في رجل أحرم بعمرة في جبة بعدما تضمخ بطيب؟ فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أَمَّا الطِّيبُ الَّذِي بِكَ فَاغْسِلْهُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَأَمَّا الْجُبَّةُ فَانْزِعْهَا، ثُمَّ اصْنَعْ فِي عُمْرَتِكَ مَا تَصْنَعُ فِي حَجِّكَ"([4] . فاستدلالهم بهذا الحديث لحظر الطيب في الإحرام في البدن والثوب.
