واجبات الحج الأصلية:
أولاً: المبيت بمزدلفة.
ثانياً: رمي الجمار.
الرمي في اليوم الأول والثاني من أيام التشريق:
يجب في هذين اليومين رمي الجمار الثلاث على الترتيب: أولاً الجمرة الصغرى، التي تلي مسجد الخيف بمنى، ثم الوسطى، بعدها، ثم جمرة العقبة، يرمي كل جمرة منها بسبع حصيات.
ويبدأ وقت الرمي في هذين اليومين بعد الزوال، ولا يجوز قبله عند جمهور العلماء، وهي الرواية الظاهرة عن أبي حنيفة. وروى الحسن عن أبي حنيفة: إن كان مِن قصده أن يتعجل في النفر الأول فلا بأس أن يرمي في اليوم الثالث قبل الزوال، وإن رمى بعده فهو أفضل، وإن لم يكن ذلك مِن قصده فلا يجوز أن يرمي إلا بعد الزوال؛ وذلك لدفع الحرج، لأنه إذا نفر بعد الزوال لا يصل إلى مكة إلا بالليل، فيحرج في تحصيل موضع النزول.
أما الوقت المسنون فيمتد من زوال الشمس إلى غروبها.
وأما نهاية وقت الرمي: فقيده الحنفية والمالكية في كل يوم بيومه، كما في يوم النحر. وذهب الشافعية والحنابلة إلى أن آخر الوقت بغروب شمس اليوم الرابع من أيام النحر، وهو آخر أيام التشريق.
