كفارات محظورات الإحرام.
كفارات محظورات الترفه:
ويتناول كفارة محظورات اللُّبْسِ، وتغطية الرأس، والادهان، والتطيب، وحلق الشعر أو إزالة قطعة من شعر الرأس أو غيره، وَقَلْمِ الظُّفُرِ.
وتفصيل المذاهب في كل محظور من محظورات الترفه فيما يلي:
أولاً: اللباس.
ثانياً: التطيب.
ثالثاً: الحلق أو التقصير.
رابعاً: تقليم الأظفار:
قال الحنفية( [1] ) : إذا قص أظفار يديه ورجليه جميعها في مجلس واحد تجب عليه شاة.
وكذا إذا قص أظفار يد واحدة، أو رجل واحدة، تجب شاة.
وإن قص أقل من خمسة أظفار من يد واحدة، أو خمسة متفرقة من أظفاره، تجب عليه صدقة لكل ظفر.
ومذهب المالكية( [2] ) : أنه إن قَلَّم ظفراً واحداً؛ عبثاً أو ترفهاً، لا لإماطة أذى، ولا لكسره، يجب عليه صدقة: حفنة من طعام.
فإن فعل ذلك لإماطة الأذى أو الوسخ ففيه فدية.
وإن قَلَّمَه لكسره فلا شيء عليه إذا تأذى منه. ويقتصر على ما كسر منه.
وإن قَلَّم ظفرين في مجلس واحد ففدية، ولو لم يقصد إماطة الأذى، وإن قطع واحداً بعد آخر فإن كانا في فور ففدية، وإلا ففي كل ظفر حفنة.
وعند الشافعية والحنابلة( [3] ) : يجب الفداء في تقليم ثلاثة أظفار فصاعداً في مجلس واحد.
ويجب في الظفر والظفرين ما يجب في الشعرتين.
