مطلب: ما تحصل به الطّهارة:
اتّفق الفقهاء على أنّ الماء المطلق (بلا تقييد؛ وهو ما نزل من السماء، أو نبع من الأرض، ولم يتغير أحد أوصافه؛ اللون، والطعم، والرائحة) رافع للحدث (في الطهارة الحكمية) مزيل للخبث (يطهر النجاسة الحقيقة)،
لقول اللّه تعالى: {وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ بِهِ} [الأنفال: 11]
ولحديث أسماء رضي الله عنها قالت: جاءت امرأة إلى النّبيّ فقالت: إحدانا يصيب ثوبها من دم الحيضة، كيف تصنع به؟ قال: "تَحُتُّهُ، ثُمَّ تَقْرُصُهُ بِالْمَاءِ، وَتَنْضَحُهُ، وَتُصَلِّي فِيهِ"([1] ) .
وذهب أبو حنيفة وأبو يوسف إلى أنّه:
يجوز تطهير النّجاسة بالماء المطلق، وبكلّ مائع طاهر قالع (ينزع النجاسة ويزيلها وينظف العين)؛ كالخلّ، وماء الورد، ونحوه ممّا إذا عصر انعصر (له رقة وسيلان).
لما روت عائشة رضي الله عنها أنّها قالت: مَا كَانَ لِإِحْدَانَا إِلَّا ثَوْبٌ وَاحِدٌ تَحِيضُ فِيهِ، فَإِذَا أَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ مِنْ دَمٍ قَالَتْ([2] ) بِرِيقِهَا، فَقَصَعَتْهُ([3] ) بِظُفْرِهَا([4] ) ؛ ولأنّ هذا الفعل مزيل للنجاسة بطبعه، فوجب أن يفيد الطّهارة، كالماء بل قد يكون أولى، لأنّه أقلع لها، ولأنّا نشاهد ونعلم بالضّرورة أنّ المائع يزيل شيئاً من النّجاسة في كلّ مرّة.
ولهذا يتغيّر لون الماء بالمائع الطاهر القالع، والنّجاسة متناهية؛ لأنّها مركّبة من جواهر (أجزاء، ذرات) متناهية، فإذا انتهت أجزاؤها بقي المحلّ طاهراً لعدم المجاورة([5] ) .
واتّفق الفقهاء على طهارة الخمر بالاستحالة، فإذا انقلبت الخمر خلاً بنفسها فإنّها تطهر؛ لأنّ نجاستها بسبب شدّتها المسكرة الحادثة لها، وقد زال ذلك من غير نجاسة خلفتها، فوجب أن تطهر، كالماء الّذي تنجّس بالتّغيّر إذا زال تغيّره بنفسه([6] ) .
وذهب الحنفيّة والشّافعيّة إلى أنّ جلد الميتة يطهر بالدّباغة([7] ) ، لقول النّبيّ : "إِذَا دُبِغَ الإْهَابُ فَقَدْ طَهُرَ"([8] ) .
وقال المالكيّة والحنابلة بعدم طهارة جلد الميتة بالدّباغ([9] ) ؛ لما روي عن عبد اللّه بن عُكَيْمٍ قال: أتانا كتاب رسول اللّه - بأرض جهينة، قال: وأنا غلام - قبل وفاته بشهر أو شهرين: "أَنْ لاَ تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلاَ عَصَبٍ"([10] ) .
وعدّ الحنفيّة من المطهّرات: الدّلك، والفرك، والمسح، وَالْيُبْسَ، وانقلاب العين (الاستحالة).
فيطهر الخفّ والنّعل إذا تنجّس بذي جرم بالدّلك.
ويطهر المنيّ اليابس بالفرك.
ويطهر الصّقيل كالسّيف والمرآة بالمسح.
وتطهر الأرض المتنجّسة بِالْيُبْسِ.
ويطهر الخنزير والحمار بانقلاب (تغير) العين، كما لو وقعا في المملحة فصارا ملحاً([11] ) .
