أنواع السنن في الصلاة ([1] :
قسم جمهور الفقهاء سنن الصلاة باعتبار تأكدها، وعدمه، وما يترتب على تركها، إلى نوعين.
فقسمها الحنفية إلى: سنن، وآداب، والمقصود بالسنن: هي السنن المؤكدة التي واظب عليها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم أو الخلفاء الراشدون من بعده، وتركها يوجب الإساءة، ويوجب الإثم إذا أصر على الترك. والآداب: وهي السنن غير المؤكدة، وتركها لا يوجب إساءة ولا عتاباً، لكن فعلها أفضل.
كما قسمها المالكية إلى: سنن ومندوبات. فالسنن: هي السنن المؤكدة. والمندوبات: هي السنن غير المؤكدة، ويسمونها نوافل، وفضائل، ومستحبات.
وعند الشافعية تنقسم إلى: أبعاض، وهيئات. فالأبعاض: هي السنن المجبورة بسجود السهو، سواء تركها المصلي عمداً أو سهواً، وسميت أبعاضاً لتأكد شأنها بالجبر تشبيها بالبعض حقيقة، والهيئات: هي السنن التي لا تجبر.
ولم يقسمها الحنابلة بهذا الاعتبار وإنما قسموها باعتبار القول والفعل، فهي تنقسم عندهم إلى: سنن أقوال، وسنن أفعال وهيئات.
