تتمة رقم 1: الاستنجاء ودوره في النظافة والوقاية من الأمراض:
لا يستصغرن أحد أمر الاستنجاء والنظافة الشخصية، فكثير من الناس لا يهتمون اليوم بهذا الذي جُعِل شرطاً لصحة العبادة.
والاستنجاء من أوائل ما خوطب به رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، في قوله تعالى: {وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ} [المدثر: 4].
وجاء عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه أتى الأنصار في مسجد قباء بعد نزول قوله تعالى: {لَمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَقُومَ فِيهِ، فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَنْ يَتَطَهَّرُوا وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ} [التوبة: 108]، فسألهم عن طُهْرِهم الذي زَكَّاه الحق تبارك وتعالى في القرآن الكريم، فقالوا: نتوضأ للصلاة، ونغتسل للجنابة، ونستنجي بالماء([1] ) .
إن السبيلين مخرجان للفضلات التي تغص بالجراثيم والمواد العضوية؛ كالدهون التي تمثل بيئة ممتازة لحياة وتكاثر الجراثيم، حتى خارج السبيلين، وفي الثياب.
وعندما يربط الإسلام بين أكبر قدر ممكن من نظافة السبيلين، وبين الصلوات المفروضة على الأقل وهي خمس صلوات في اليوم؛ فإن هذا يعني نظافة دائمة للسبيلين مما يقي المرء، ومَن حوله (الزوجان، الأسرة) من كثير من الأمراض، والتي ينتقل كثير منها بالعدوى.
وهذا التأكيد على نظافة المكان والبدن والثياب وطهارته يُعَدُّ إعجازاً وإجراءاً وقائياً.
وإن استخدام الصابون ونحوه من المعقمات في زماننا تابع لنظافة السبيلين والثياب؛ فالنظافة من الإيمان.
