مطلب: شروط صحة الوضوء:
أ - عموم البشرة بالماء الطهور:
صرح الحنفية بأن من شروط صحة الوضوء عموم البشرة بالماء الطهور، أي بأن يعم الماء جميع المحل الواجب استعمال الماء فيه، حتى لو بقي مقدار مغرز إبرة لم يصبه الماء من المفروض غسله لم يصح الوضوء([1] ) .
وقال الشافعية: من شروط الوضوء أن يغسل مع المغسول جزءاً يتصل بالمغسول ويحيط به، ليتحقق به استيعاب المغسول([2] ) ؛ إذ ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب.
ب - زوال ما يمنع وصول الماء إلى الجسد:
ذكر الفقهاء أنه من شروط صحة الوضوء زوال ما يمنع وصول الماء إلى الجسد لجرمه الحائل؛ كشمع، وشحم، وعجين، وطين([3] ) .
تنبيه: حكم معالجة الشعر بطبقةً عازلة
يستخدم بعض النساء مرهماً (مستحضرات تجميل) لتلميس الشعر وجعله ناعماً، ويقال إن هذا المستحضر يقوم بحرق أو كي الشعر، فهل يجوز استخدام هذا المرهم (الكريم)، حيث إننا لا ندري ما إذا كان يكوي الشعر فقط، أم أنه يغلفه بمادة عازلة كما يفعل (الميش؟).
الجواب:
أي مستحضر يوضع على الجلد أو الشعر، ولا يغلفه بمادة عازلة تمنع من وصول الماء إليه؛ يجوز استخدامه.
أما إن كان يُكَوِّن طبقة عازلة بحيث تمنع وصول الماء عند مسح الرأس في الوضوء أو غسله، أو غسل أعضاء الوضوء لم يجز استعماله؛ لهذه العلة.
ج - انقطاع الحدث حال التوضؤ:
يرى الفقهاء أن انقطاع الحدث حال التوضؤ شرط لصحة الوضوء؛ لأنه بظهور بولٍ وسيلانٍ ناقضٍ: لا يصح الوضوء([4] ) .
