مطلب: نواقض الوضوء:
بعضها متفق عليه، وبعضها مختلف فيه، وذلك على التفصيل الآتي:
أولاً - الخارج من السبيلين أو خروج شيء منهما، والإفرازات الطبيعية عند المرأة بين الطهارة والنجاسة.
ثانياً: خروج النجاسات من غير السبيلين.
ثالثاً: زوال العقل (الحَدَث الحكمي): زوال العقل قد يكون بالنوم، أو الجنون، أو السُّكر، أو الإغماء، أو الغَشِي.
رابعاً: مس فرج الآدمي.
خامساً: التقاء بشرتي الرجل والمرأة.
سادساً: القهقهة في الصلاة.
سابعاً: أكل ما مسته النار:
اتفق الفقهاء على عدم انتقاض الوضوء بأكل شيء مما مسته النار.
واحتجوا بحديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أكل كتف شاة، ثم صلى، ولم يتوضأ( [1] ) .
وبما روي عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال: "الْوُضُوءُ مِمَّا يَخْرُجُ، وَلَيْسَ مِمَّا يَدْخُلُ"( [2] ) .
وبما روى جابر رضي الله عنه قال: كان آخرُ الأمرين من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تركَ الوضوء مما غيرت النار( [3] ) .
