منع البطالة في الإسلام
منع البطالة في الإسلام:
حيث إن الإسلام يحث على العمل
فلا شك أنه يكره البطالة ويمقتها بل يمنعها، وذلك يتفق وفطرة الإنسان المفطور على تلبية حاجاته الضرورية وغير الضرورية إلى تهيئ له الحياة الكريمة وبناءً على ذلك فإن الذين يندفعون إلى العمل للحصول على تلك الأشياء هم منسجمون مع الفطرة السليمة، أما الذين يميلون إلى الكسل والخمول والعزوف عن العمل ويخلدون الى الراحة فإنهم يناقضون الفطرة السليمة مناقضة ظاهرة.
ولا شك أن التبطل دونما سبب كعجز أو شيخوخة يؤدي إلى تعطيل القوى والمواهب الإنسانية التي قد تودي دوراً فاعلاً للأمة، كما أنه سبيل إلى الفقر والعوز وإضافة أعباء أخرى على الأمة، كما أن البطالة قد تدفع المجتمعات إلى حافة الهاوية فتعرضها إلى أخطار.
من أجل ذلك كله حث الإسلام على العمل، وكره البطالة ومنعها لسوء نتائجها بالإضافة إلى أن الإنسان إذا عزف عن العمل ابتلاه الله بالهم فقد روى عنه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم أنه قال: "أخشى ما خشيت على أمتي كبر البطن ومداومة النوم والكسل".
