فتح مكة
جاء فتح مكة تحقيقا للبشارة التي جاءت في قوله سبحانه وتعالى في سورة الفتح: {إنا فتحنا لك فتحا مبينا ليغفر لك الله ما تقدم من ذنبك وما تأخر ويتم نعمته عليك ويهديك صراطا مستقيما وينصرك الله نصرا عزيزا} آية:1-3.
ونزلت هذه السورة الكريمة وهو في طريق عودته r من الحديبية بعد أن عقد مع قريش صلح الحديبية في العام السادس من الهجرة 628 م.
كان الحال في مكة آنذاك مختلفا عن ذي قبل فقد اتسع نفوذ المسلمين شمالا وجنوبا وأحاط بمكة، وأهل مكة أنفسهم أحسوا بالخجل لأن أكثر العرب دخلوا الإسلام ولكن أهله بمكة بقوا على الشرك، ونشأ جيل جديد في مكة سمع بالإسلام منذ نعومة أظفاره فلم تتعمق عبادة الأصنام في نفسه.
وكان الرسول r شديد الحرص على دخول مكة دون قتال كما أن أهل المدينة معظمهم هاجروا إليها من مكة، لو حدث قتال سيكون فيه قطع لصلة الأرحام، ولذلك أعد الرسول r عدته لفتح مكة دون قتال، فخرج من المدينة سرا بجيش كبير، ولم تحس قريش بهذه الحركة إلا بعد وصول المسلمين إلى مشارف مكة، وكان ذلك في العاشر من رمضان سنة 8هـ.
وحينئذ خرج أبو سفيان زعيم مكة ليحاول النجاة لأهله فالتقى بالمسلمين في المكان الذى عسكروا فيه، ورفض الرسول r مقابلته أول يوم ليفت في عضده، وفى صباح اليوم التالي قابله، وفى هذا اللقاء آمن أبو سفيان بالله ورسوله وعاد إلى مكة، بعد أن شاهد عظمة قوات المسلمين، يحمل لأهلها اليأس من المقاومة والأمان من رسول الله r وما يطمئنهم على حياتهم وجاء تأكيد الرسول r على أن يبعد كل نزعة إلى الحرب، ويبعد كل متطرف ولو كان من المقربين، فلقد سمع سعد بن عبادة، حامل راية الأنصار يقول: "اليوم يوم الملحمة، اليوم تستحل الحرمة، اليوم أذل الله قريشا" ولما علم الرسول الكريم بهذا قال: (اليوم يوم المرحمة، اليوم أعز الله قريشا).
وجاء تعبير "يوم المرحمة" عن فتح مكة قمة آداب الجهاد في الإسلام، وتطبيقا عمليا منه عليه السلام بأن الجهاد في الإسلام يختلف عن كل صور القتال والحرب اختلافا ظاهرا جليا منذ البداية وحتى النهاية.
ثم توج عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام هذا بالعفو الشامل، الذي مازال التاريخ يردده، ليس في العالم الإسلامي فحسب، بل وتردده كل الدنيا على مر العصور، حين قال: {يا معشر قريش ما ترون أنى فاعل بكم؟ قالوا: خيرا أخ كريم وابن أخ كريم، فقال رسول الله: اذهبوا فأنتم الطلقاء}.
