سنن الصلاة:
(أ) رفع اليدين عند تكبيرة الإحرام.
(ب) القبض (وضع اليد اليمنى على اليسرى).
(ج) دعاء الاستفتاح والتعوذ والبسملة.
(د) قراءة شيء من القرآن بعد الفاتحة.
(هـ) التأمين.
(و) تكبيرات الانتقال.
(ز) التسميع والتحميد.
(ح) رفع اليدين عند الركوع، والرفع منه، والقيام للركعة الثالثة.
(ط) كيفية الهوي للسجود والنهوض منه.
(ى) هيئة السجود المسنونة.
(ك) التشهد الأول وقعوده.
(ل) صيغة التشهد.

اختلف الفقهاء في هيئة الجلوس المسنونة في الصلاة.
فذهب الحنفية إلى التفريق بين الرجل والمرأة، فالرجل يسن له الافتراش، والمرأة يسن لها التورك، لا فرق في ذلك بين التشهد الأول أو الأخير، أو الجلسة بين السجدتين.
وذهب المالكية إلى أن هيئة الجلوس المسنونة في جميع جلسات الصلاة هي التورك سواء في ذلك الرجل أو المرأة.
وذهب الشافعية والحنابلة إلى أنه يسن التورك في التشهد الأخير، والافتراش في بقية جلسات الصلاة، لحديث أبي حميد: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا جلس في الركعتين جلس على رجله اليسرى ونصب اليمنى، وإذا جلس في الركعة الآخرة قدم رجله اليسرى ونصب الأخرى، وقعد على مقعدته، وفي رواية: فإذا كانت الرابعة أفضى بوركه اليسرى إلى الأرض، وأخرج قدميه من ناحية واحدة([2] .
والافتراش: أن ينصب قدمه اليمنى قائمة على أطراف الأصابع بحيث تكون متوجهة نحو القبلة، ويفرش رجله اليسرى بحيث يلي ظهرها الأرض، جالساً على بطنها.
والتورك: كالافتراش؛ لكن يخرج يسراه من جهة يمينه، ويلصق وركه بالأرض.
