10 ـ لا خلاف بين الفقهاء في كراهة الصلاة مع مدافعة الأخبثين([1] .
لما روت عائشة رضي الله عنها أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لاَ صَلاَةَ بِحَضْرَةِ طَعَامٍ، وَلاَ هُوَ يُدَافِعُ الأَخْبَثَيْنِ"([2] .
ويسمى مدافع البول حاقناً، ومدافع الغائط حاقباً.
وصرح الحنفية بأن الكراهة ليست مختصة بالابتداء، بل تكره صلاة الحاقن مطلقاً، سواء كان قبل شروعه أو بعده. قالوا: فإن شغله قطعها إن لم يخف فوت الوقت، وإن أتمها أثم.
لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لاَ يَحِل لِرَجُلٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاَللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآْخِرِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ وَهُوَ حَقْنٌ حَتَّى يَتَخَفَّفَ"([3] .
