المبحث الثامن: الأوقات التي تكره الصلاة فيها
المطلب الأول:
أوقات كراهة أداء الصلاة لأمر في نفس الوقت
المطلب الثاني:
أوقات الكراهة لأمر في غير الوقت
وهي عشرة أوقات، وأوصلها ابن عابدين إلى نيف وثلاثين موضعاً، أهمها([1] ) :
الوقت الأول: الصلاة قبل صلاة الصبح.
الوقت الثاني: الصلاة بعد صلاة الصبح.
الوقت الثالث: الصلاة بعد صلاة العصر.
الوقت الرابع: الصلاة قبل صلاة المغرب.
الوقت الخامس: الصلاة عند خروج الخطيب حتى يفرغ من صلاته.
الوقت السادس: الصلاة عند الإقامة للصلاة المفروضة ([2] ) :
ذهبت الحنفية إلى كراهة التنفل عند الإقامة للصلاة المفروضة، إلا سنة الفجر إذا لم يخف فوت الجماعة، أما إذا خاف فوتها تركها.
فعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَلَا صَلَاةَ إِلَّا الْمَكْتُوبَةُ»([3] ) .
واستُثنى من الحديث سنةُ الفجر؛ لكونها آكد السنن.
وذهب المالكية إلى أنه إذا دخل المسجد، فوجد الإمام يصلي الصبح، فليدخل معه في صلاته، ويترك سنة الفجر([4] ) .
فعَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: سَمِعَ قَوْمٌ الْإِقَامَةَ. فَقَامُوا يُصَلُّونَ. فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «أَصَلَاتَانِ مَعًا؟ أَصَلَاتَانِ مَعًا؟» وَذَلِكَ فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ. فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ([5] ) .
وذهب الشافعية والحنابلة إلى أنه إذا أقيمت الصلاة فلا يَشْرَع (يبدأ، يباشر) في صلاة نافلة؛ ولو كانت سنة راتبة، ولو شرع فيها لا تنعقد، ويستوي في ذلك سنة الفجر وغيرها من السنن؛ للحديث السابق([6] ) .
