المبحث التاسع: مبطلات الصلاة:

اتفق الفقهاء على بطلان الصلاة بالأكل والشرب من حيث الجملة.
قال الحنفية: وَلَوْ سِمْسِمَةً نَاسِيًا. واستثنوا من ذلك ما كان بين أسنانه، وكان دون الحمصة فإنه لا تفسد به الصلاة إذا ابتلعه، وصرحوا بفساد الصلاة بالمضغ إن كثر، وتقديره بالثلاث المتواليات. وكذا تفسد بالسكر إذا كان في فيه (فمه) يبتلع ذوبه.
وفرق المالكية بين عمد الأكل والشرب وسهوه، فإن أكل أو شرب المصلي عمداً بطلت صلاته اتفاقاً، وأما إن أكل أو شرب سهواً لم تبطل صلاته، وانجبر بسجود السهو.
وذهب الشافعية إلى بطلان الصلاة بالأكل ولو كان قليلاً، وإن كان مكرهاً عليه؛ لشدة منافاته للصلاة مع ندرته، واستثنوا من ذلك: الناسي أنه في الصلاة، والجاهل بالتحريم لقرب عهده بالإسلام، أو نشأ ببادية بعيدة عن العلماء، فلا تبطل صلاته بالأكل إلا إذا كثر؛ عرفاً، ولا تبطل ما لو جرى ريقه بباقي طعام بين أسنانه وعجز عن تمييزه ومجه كما في الصوم.
وفرق الحنابلة في ذلك بين صلاة الفرض والنفل، فصلاة الفرض تبطل بالأكل والشرب عمداً، قَلَّ الأكل أو الشرب أو كَثُر، لأنه ينافي الصلاة. وأما صلاة النفل فلا تبطل بالأكل والشراب إلا إذا كثر عرفاً لقطع الموالاة بين الأركان.
