الفصل الثاني: صلاة المريض والمسافر:
المبحث الأول: صَلاَةُ المَرِيض
صور العجز والمشقة:
عدم القدرة على القيام.
عدم القدرة على القيام لوجود علة بالعين.
عدم القدرة على رفع اليدين في التكبير عند القيام أو غيره.
عدم القدرة على الركوع.
عدم القدرة على السجود.
عدم القدرة على وضع الجبهة والأنف:
السجود على الجبهة واجب([1] ، حيث كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا سَجَدَ أَمْكَنَ أَنْفَهُ وَجَبْهَتَهُ مِنَ الأَرْضِ([2] .
وإن سجد على مخدة أجزأه؛ لأن أم سلمة رضي الله عنها سجدت على مخدة؛ لِرَمَدٍ بها([3] .
فإن رفع شيئاً؛ كالوسادة، أو الخشبة، أو الحجر إلى جبهته؛ فإن الحنفية يرون أن ذلك لا يجزئه؛ لانعدام السجود؛ لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ، وَإِلاَّ فَأَوْمِئْ إِيمَاءً، وَاجْعَل سُجُودَكَ أَخْفَضَ مِنْ رُكُوعِكَ بِرَأْسِكَ"([4] ، فإن فعل ذلك (رفع الوسادة أو الخشبة أو الحجر ) وهو يخفض رأسه أجزأه؛ لوجود الإيماء، وإن وضع ذلك على جبهته لا يجزئه([5] .
وإذا لم يستطع المصلّي تمكين جبهته من الأرض لعلّة بها؛ اقتصر على الأنف عند الحنفيّة والمالكيّة والحنابلة، وزاد الشّافعيّة: إن كان بجبهته جراحة عصبها بعصابة وسجد عليها، ولا إعادة عليه على المذهب([6] .
