حكم الصلاة في الطائرة
يجوز للإنسان أن يصلي على متن الطائرة؛ لعموم أدلة وجوب أداء الصلاة إذا دخل وقتها، ولا فرق في ذلك بين من كان في البر والجو والبحر، ويستقبل القبلة ما أمكنه، وإذا حصل انحراف من الطائرة عن القبلة في أثناء الصلاة استمر في صلاته مستقبلاً القبلة ما أمكن، ولا حرج عليه في ذلك؛ لعموم أدلة يسر الشريعة، ومنها قوله تعالى: {لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا} [البقرة: 286].
أما صلاة النافلة فله أن يصلي إلى جهة سير الطائرة.
إذا حان وقت الصلاة والطائرة مستمرة في طيرانها، ويخشى فوات وقت الصلاة قبل هبوطها في أحد المطارات؛ فقد اتفق العلماء على وجوب أدائها بقدر الاستطاعة؛ ركوعاً، وسجوداً، واستقبالاً للقبلة؛ لقوله تعالى: {فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ} [التغابن: 16]، ولقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "وَإِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِأَمْرٍ فَأْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ"([1] ) .
أما إذا علم أنها ستهبط قبل خروج وقت الصلاة بقدر يكفي لأدائها، أو أن الصلاة مما يُجمَع مع غيره كصلاة الظهر مع العصر، وصلاة المغرب مع العشاء، وعلم أنها ستهبط قبل خروج وقت الصلاة الثانية بقدر يكفي لأدائهما؛ فقد ذهب العلماء إلى جواز أدائها في الطائرة؛ لوجوب الأمر بأدائها بدخول وقتها حسب الاستطاعة، ومنهم مَن قال يصليها؛ احتراماً للوقت، ويعيدها عند استقراره.
