الفصل الثالث: صلاة الوتر
تعريف الوتر.
الحكم التكليفي لصلاة الوتر.
وقت صلاة الوتر.
عدد ركعات صلاة الوتر.
صفة صلاة الوتر: أولاً: الفصل والوصل.
ثانياً: الجهر والإسرار:
عند الحنفية: يجهر في الوتر إن كان إماماً في رمضان، لا في غيره([1] .
وعند المالكية: يتأكد ندب الجهر بالوتر، سواء صلاه ليلاً، أو بعد الفجر([2] .
وعند الشافعية: يسن لغير المأموم أن يجهر بالقراءة في وتر رمضان، ويُسِرّ في غيره([3] .
وقال الحنابلة: يُخَيَّر المنفرد في صلاة الوتر في الجهر وعدمه، وظاهر كلام جماعة من الحنابلة: أن الجهر يختص بالإمام لا غير، قال في الخلاف: وهو أظهر([4] .
