الفصل الثالث: صلاة الوتر
تعريف الوتر.
الحكم التكليفي لصلاة الوتر.
وقت صلاة الوتر.
عدد ركعات صلاة الوتر.
صفة صلاة الوتر: أولاً: الفصل والوصل. ثانياً: الجهر والإسرار.
ثالثاً: ما يقرأ في صلاة الوتر([1] :
اتفق الفقهاء على أنه يقرأ في كل ركعة من الوتر: الفاتحة وسورة، بقول الله تعالى: {فَاقْرَءُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ} [المزمل: 20].
والسورة عند جمهور الفقهاء سنة، لذا؛ لا يعود لها إن ركع وتركها.
ثم ذهب الحنفية إلى أنه لم يوقت في القراءة في الوتر شيء غير الفاتحة، فما قرأ فيه فهو حسن.
وأما ورد عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنه قرأ بالوتر في الأولى بسورة {سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى}، وفي الثانية بـ (الكافرون) وفي الثالثة (بالإخلاص)، فيقرأ به أحياناً، ويقرأ بغيره أحياناً؛ للتحرز عن هِجْرَانِ باقي القرآن.
وذهب الحنابلة إلى أنه يندب القراءة بعد الفاتحة بالسور الثلاث المذكورة، لما ورد من حديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقرأ ذلك([2] .
وذهب المالكية والشافعية كذلك إلى أنه يندب في الشفع (سبح اسم ربك الأعلى، والكافرون)، أما في الثالثة فيندب أن يقرأ (بسورة الإخلاص، والمعوذتين)؛ لحديث عائشة رضي الله عنها في ذلك([3] .
