الفصل الثالث: صلاة الوتر
تعريف الوتر.
الحكم التكليفي لصلاة الوتر.
وقت صلاة الوتر.
عدد ركعات صلاة الوتر.
صفة صلاة الوتر: من حيث الفصل والوصل. ومن حيث الجهر والإسرار. ومن حيث ما يقرأ في صلاة الوتر.
القنوت في الصلاة: وهو منحصر في ثلاثة مواطن: صلاة الصبح، وصلاة الوتر، وفي النوازل.
بعض صيغ دعاء القنوت.
قضاء صلاة الوتر([1] :
ذهب الحنفية إلى أن مَن طلع عليه الفجر ولم يصل الوتر يجب عليه قضاؤه، سواء أتركه عمداً أم نسياناً؛ وإن طالت المدة، ومتى قضاه يقضيه بالقنوت.
ولا يقضي الوتر عند المالكية إذا تذكره بعد أن صلى الصبح؛ فإن تذكره فيها ندب له إن كان منفرداً أن يقطعها ليصلي الوتر ما لم يخف خروج الوقت، وإن تذكره في أثناء ركعتي الفجر فقيل: يقطعها كالصبح، وقيل: يتمها ثم يوتر.
والصحيح عند الشافعية([2] : أنه يستحب قضاء الوتر وهو المنصوص في الجديد، ويستحب القضاء أبداً؛ لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "مَنْ نَامَ عَنْ صَلاَةٍ، أَوْ نَسِيَهَا، فَلْيُصَلِّهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا"([3] .
وذهب الحنابلة إلى أنه([4] : يقضى الوتر إذا فات وقته، أي على سبيل الندب؛ لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الْوِتْرِ أَوْ نَسِيَهُ فَلْيُصَلِّهِ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ أَوْ ذَكَرَهُ"([5] ، قالوا: ويقضيه مع شَفْعِه.
