الفصل الرابع: صلاة الجمعة
زمن مشروعية صلاة الجمعة.

آداب صلاة الجمعة ويومها: أولاً: ما يسن فعله.
ثانياً: ما يسن تركه:
أ - أكل كل ذي ريح كريهة: كثوم وبصل ونحوهما من التدخين، والأركيلة (الشيشة).
ب - تخطي الرقاب في المسجد، وهو محرم إذا كان الخطيب قد أخذ في الخطبة، إلا ألا يجد إلا فرجة أمامه، ولا سبيل إليها إلا بتخطي الرقاب، فيرخص في ذلك للضرورة، وتزداد حرمة تحطي الرقاب مع حمل الحذاء([1] .
ج - تجنب الِاحْتِبَاءِ([2] ) والإمام يخطب. وهذا ما ذهب إليه الشافعية، حيث صرحوا بكراهته؛ فقد صح أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن الحبوة يوم الجمعة والإمام يخطب([3] .
ولم ير جمهور الفقهاء به بأساً حيث صرحوا بجوازه([4] .
د - كما صرح الشافعية بكراهة تشبيك الأصابع. قال النووي: يكره أن يشبك بين أصابعه أو يعبث حال ذهابه إلى الجمعة وانتظاره لها([5] .
هـ - يحرم عند جمهور الفقهاء إنشاء سفر بعد الزوال (وهو أول وقت الجمعة) من المصر الذي هو فيه، إذا كان ممن تجب عليه الجمعة، وعلم أنه لن يدرك أداءها في مصر آخر. فإن فعل ذلك فهو آثم على الراجح؛ ما لم يتضرر بتخلفه عن رفقته.
كما صرح المالكية والحنابلة بكراهة السفر بعد طلوع فجر يوم الجمعة([6] .
وذهب الشافعي في الجديد: إلى أن حرمة السفر تبدأ من وقت الفجر وهو المفتى به في المذهب، ودليله: أن مشروعية الجمعة مضافة إلى اليوم كله لا إلى خصوص وقت الظهر، بدليل وجوب السعي إليها قبل الزوال على بعيد الدار([7] .
