الفصل الخامس: صلاة العيدين
الحكمة من مشروعية العيدين.
حكم صلاة العيدين.
شروط صلاة العيدين: شروط الوجوب. شروط الصحة.
وقت أدائها.
حكمها بعد خروج وقتها.
مكان أدائها.
كيفية أدائها: أولاً – الواجب.
ثانياً: المندوب من ذلك:
يندب في صلاة العيدين كل ما يندب في الصلوات الأخرى: فعلاً كان، أو قراءة.
وتختص صلاة العيدين بمندوبات أخرى نجملها فيما يلي:
أ - يسن أن يسكت بين كل تكبيرتين من التكبيرات الزوائد قدر ثلاث تسبيحات، ولا يسن أن يشتغل بينهما بذكر أو تسبيح.
ب - يسن أن يرفع يديه عند التكبيرات الزوائد إلى شحمة أذنيه؛ بخلاف تكبيرة الركوع فلا يرفع يديه عندها.
ج - يسن أن يوالي بين القراءة في الركعتين؛ وذلك بأن يكبر التكبيرات الزوائد في الركعة الأولى قبل القراءة، وفي الركعة الثانية بعدها، فتكون القراءتان متصلتين على ذلك.
د - يسن أن يقرأ في الركعة الأولى سورة الأعلى، وفي الركعة الثانية سورة الغاشية، ولا يلتزمهما دائماً كي لا يترتب على ذلك هجر بقية سور القرآن.
هـ - يسن أن يخطب بعدها خطبتين، لا يختلف في كل منهما في واجباتها وسننها عن خطبتي الجمعة. إلا أنه يستحب أن يفتتح الأولى منهما بتسع تكبيرات متتابعات، والثانية بسبع مثلها([1] .
هذا ولا يشرع لصلاة العيد أذان ولا إقامة، بل ينادى لها: الصلاةُ جامعة.
