الفصل الخامس: صلاة العيدين
الحكمة من مشروعية العيدين.

سابعاً: التنفل وقت صلاة العيدين:
ذهب الحنفية إلى أنه لا سنة لها قبلية ولا بعدية، ولا تصلى أي نافلة قبلها وقبل الفراغ من خطبتها؛ لأن الوقت وقت كراهة، فلا يصلى فيه غير العيد. أما بعد الفراغ من الخطبة فلا بأس بالصلاة([1] .
وذهب الشافعية إلى أنه لا يكره التنفل قبلها ولا بعدها لما عدا الإمام، سواء صُلِّيَت في المسجد، أو المصلى([2] .
وفصَّل المالكية فقالوا: يكره التنفل قبلها وبعدها إلى الزوال، إن أُدِّيَت في المصلى، ولا يكره إن أُدِّيَت في المسجد([3] .
وللحنابلة تفصيل آخر فقد قالوا: لا يَتنفل قبل الصلاة ولا بعدها كل من الإمام والمأموم، في المكان الذي صُلِّيَت فيه، فأما في غير موضعها فلا بأس([4] .
