تعريف الاستخارة، صفتها (حكمها التكليفي)، حكمة مشروعيتها.
سببها (ما يجري فيه الاستخارة).
متى يبدأ الاستخارة؟
الاستشارة قبل الاستخارة.
كيفية الاستخارة:
ورد في الاستخارة حالات ثلاث:
الأولى: وهي الأوفق، واتفقت عليها المذاهب الأربعة، تكون بركعتين من غير الفريضة بنية الاستخارة، ثم يكون الدعاء المأثور بعدها.
الثانية: قال بها مذاهب ثلاثة: الحنفية، والمالكية، والشافعية، تجوز بالدعاء فقط من غير صلاة([1] ، إذا تعذرت الاستخارة بالصلاة والدعاء معاً.
الثالثة: ولم يصرح بها غير المالكية، والشافعية، فقالوا: تجوز بالدعاء عقب أي صلاة كانت مع نيتها، وهو أولى، أو بغير نيتها كما في تحية المسجد([2] .
